Top job mate, The steamer does work well but 8out of 10 the walls usually come of with the tiles but those walls are proper solid and not boarded. Thanks for the vid
Hey Darren... I have always made up some adaptors with end stops that I keep in my kit to make safe the valves so that A, if they leak past, B, Getting dust and muck in them and C, kids !! Do not ask how I know about C .... Bob ( Weston Super Mare)
Yeah it was like working out in a sauna lol. It’s not so usually for all the adhesive to stay one the wall instead of the tile but this looks like the cheap stuff that comes pre mixed in the tub.
I wish people would build in a tiled seat in showers so us ladies can sit down when shaving our legs. Nothing more annoying than trying to balance on one leg when shaving.
Wow, never expected that the steamer worked so well. I would have used sandpaper instead and make dust everywere. This was a great tip.

How come you decided to scrape the tile adhesive off instead of just dot and dabbing some plasterboards over the top and skimming them? Just curious
There’s limited space on the bathroom and dot and dabbing over the wall would make the room too narrow to receive the shower tray.
