I'm doing a 3 day per week full body program, I like it over, say a 4 day upper/lower split because it lets me have three "primary" lifts each week. Like, I want to work in good mornings, but not on the same day as back squats or deadlifts. I can do that on a 3 day full body split. If you want to get more volume than just 3 days, you can also throw in a fourth "arm pump" day where you just do some lighter dumbbell or cable exercises and don't do anything really heavy and fatiguing.
Yessir I say if you have only 2-3 days to go to the gym do full body, but if you have 4 do upper, lower, upper, lower. The bro split is a waste of time for normal ppl who just wants to get in shape.

Full body may be better than the poorly structured bro split. But, an intelligently structured bro split will absolutely mop the floor with full body split
