I am from southern Taiwan, and I noticed the noodle the chef used. It's nature sun dried noodle from Guan Miao. Very good ingredient she is using for home made noodle.

East Meets Kitchen If you are living abroad like myself, this dish is great with kimchi, which I found out, an easy option.

Could you make 'Ma Jang Mian'?? I don't know if I spelled it right, but it's the noodle that Wang Ta Lu ate in a movie called 'Our Times'.

Between how fast you talk and how loud the music is, this video is barely comprehensible and only in spots. Some parts you cannot be understood at all.
