    Looks delicious! That's what my family usually do with left over spring roll ingredients! I didn't know that it was a cold Taiwanese dish! That's so awesome. :)

    Everything looks great just try getting a tripod. (Make a mono 1 leg tripod for cramped space)

    Hey Angel, I'm really loving your channel so far! I'm unfortunately allergic to peanuts; if I were to use sesame paste instead of the peanut butter, would I still use 3 Tbsp, or would it be a different amount of sesame paste?

    • @angelwongskitchen
      @angelwongskitchen  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +sabresister I would use the same amount to substitute, but you should taste test and adjust to your liking. :D

      Or you could try cashew or almond butter if you're not allergic to those.
      I've not tried it that way but I would assume it would work just as well.

    How many noodles did you cook for this amount of sauce? Thanks!

    One question : Since you're saying the noodles should be "cold," how do you keep them from sticking together while they chill? I assume you cool them down in the fridge, but in my experience, noodles get all sticky when I do that. Any suggestions?

      You can always toss them in a super light coating of oil.

    I've never even heard of spicy peanut butter. I'd just use siracha.
