Thank you so much! It really is a stunning place, and it’s heartbreaking to see it left to decay. I’m glad you enjoyed the video-your support means the world!
Thank you! It really is an incredible house, and you're right-it feels like it was designed for a big, lively family. The foyer, pool, and all those details make it such a masterpiece. It’s bittersweet to see it abandoned.
Thank you! It really is an extraordinary place, and imagining what it was like to live there makes exploring it even more captivating. Such a unique glimpse into a life of luxury
I just happened to see this video on another channel but you were Explosive about the people that had lived here. So sad the man passed and the wife couldn’t keep up with the payments and along everything else. This is a beautiful home and I hope that the bank will come in and clean it up and try to resale instead of letting it go to mold and waste. Thanks for sharing I did hit the like button and subscribe 😊
What a mansion! I would live in that easily no problem here. I really loved the wallpaper with the birds partaking of berries I would use that in my home today. Good taste. The fact it is being demolished tares at my mind too. Such a waste. Thank you for the royal tour it was awesome!
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the tour-this mansion is truly one of a kind. The bird wallpaper is such a beautiful detail; it’s amazing how timeless good taste can be. Knowing it’s set to be demolished is heartbreaking, but I’m glad we could capture its beauty before it’s gone.
I have watched all your videos / explorations, and every one of them improves in quality as you have progressed through the years! The videography, sound, camera/technology, editing, intros and outros are all impressive. Your skills have developed over time, and I still say you are destined for Hollywood. Appreciate your willingness to share your Explorations, talent and professionalism with us. 💯🔥
Wow, thank you so much for your kind words and continued support-it really means the world to me! I’m so glad you’ve noticed the progress over the years; I’ve worked hard to improve with each video. Your encouragement motivates me to keep pushing boundaries, and who knows-maybe Hollywood is in the cards one day! 🙌
@@silent.hills.explorations Please keep pushing your boundaries. I have watched other explorers of abandoned properties on TH-cam and honestly, you are the most respectful of the properties you share with us on this channel. No disrespect to your friends on TH-cam that publish similar content. I enjoy watching your videos that you share with us and the growth I am able to see within you over the years. That is one hella mansion, perhaps my favorite yet. And I’ve been watching urbex channels for a long time. Thanks Enrique, you are doing a great job, even if you are making the story up as you go along. That’s part of the fun of exploring. ❤🎉
Wow, thank you so much! I’m honored this might be your favorite-hearing that from a longtime urbex fan means a lot. And hey, the mystery and storytelling are all part of the adventure!
Why do you think it will be demolished? Other mansions last way past the point of falling down before they demolish them. This one needs cleaning to depersonalize it, yard care, and it could go back on the market.
It is interesting if the house is occupied, dust and dirt would appear immediately and need an army to clean. If the house is abandoned, it keeps cleaner for much longer! Mysteries of the abandoned!
You're absolutely right! It’s fascinating how an occupied house can gather dust and clutter so quickly, while an abandoned one often stays eerily pristine for years
Great catch! You’re absolutely right-projection TVs were definitely a higher-end choice back in the day, with some pretty advanced tech for their time. They’re such a cool find in a place like this!
The more important part of this story is living beyond one’s means. Why build a large home if you aren’t prepared for the what ifs. He dies, she can’t manage the home or the cost. Sad!
Just so you know, it's pronounced Foy-ay. I bet those bedrooms downstairs were for the staff. Maybe a live in chef and housekeeper? Beautiful home, I can't believe they would demolish it.
Thanks for pointing that out-'foy-ay'! You might be right about the downstairs bedrooms being for staff; it’s incredible to think about how this house once operated. The demolition is such a shame for a place with so much character and history.
Why do you give us names and dates and then at 2:54 into the video you have a discloser "While the story is true, names and dates have been changed to protect the location? Why give us fake names and dates in the first place? Love the video, just don't think the fake names and dates are necessary. Keep up the good work.
This place is gorgeous & grand! So sad she’s abandoned & left to the element’s! Awesome video as always! 👍👍❤️✊🤘

Excellent video!! You guys did a great job showing the place and narrating it.
House was absolutely amazing. I could not imagine living there without a large family. I have none. Foyer, pool, kitchen, details were just beautiful.
Thank you! It really is an incredible house, and you're right-it feels like it was designed for a big, lively family. The foyer, pool, and all those details make it such a masterpiece. It’s bittersweet to see it abandoned.
I cant believe they would tear down something that grand 😢
Wonderful place. Impressive, magnificent.
Can only wondervhow it would b to live in a place like that.

Thats amazing by far the best mansion ive seen!! 🔥
Thank you! It really is an incredible mansion-definitely one of the most impressive I’ve explored. Glad you enjoyed it! 🔥
I can't believe they would tear down that gourgous home.
nice little twist in the preview showing Kaizer being the one to jump around and go crazy. You two complement each other well on explores.
Thank you haha, we got quite excited when we found it! More explores with him coming soon!
This mansion is crazy 🔥
Absolutely! Thanks for watching.

Wow! To think that my wife and I were considering downsizing from a 3 bedroom ranch post-retirement!

Full brick mansions are my favorite, especially with the full size windows and natural lighting.

Beautiful house. Great video
I think this mansion could be in the North Eastern part of the United States. Maybe it could possibly be in New Jersey again by looking at the trees.
This house is in New Jersey it's sold in 2023 for over 5 million.
I loved it. So sad we didn’t see the fridge inside and cabins 🥴
I do regret not checking the fridge! As of the cabinets, I did check a few on video, but your right, I should, have checked more.
Very beautiful
That might be a salt water pool, hence why you don’t smell chlorine or mildew. I didn’t see black mold either.
Good observation! It could definitely be a saltwater pool, which would explain the lack of that strong chlorine smell.
The chlorine is spent from the water. You won’t smell anything

Most dust is dead skin cells. No people, no dead cells.
No hvac blowing and no doors opening
Those are projection televisions. Different than box televisions. Higher end and different technologies.
Great catch! You’re absolutely right-projection TVs were definitely a higher-end choice back in the day, with some pretty advanced tech for their time. They’re such a cool find in a place like this!
Any google articles on this ?

It looks new
Heartbreaking that it will be demolished 😢 Why dont rich people leave it to orphanages in their will. Such a waste
He died in 1970 how does it look so good still? Or am I thinking of the wrong Peter?
How long has this Mansion been abandoned? How sad to leave this beautiful home.
A few years. It is not being demolished.
There’s a Chinese calendar that says 2023
Just so you know, it's pronounced Foy-ay. I bet those bedrooms downstairs were for the staff. Maybe a live in chef and housekeeper? Beautiful home, I can't believe they would demolish it.

I cannot believe that they would demolish such a beautiful building! They could have cleaned it up and housed veterans
Does anyone know who owned this ?
Peter Chen, Chinese Actor
Why is it being demolished?
What state is this in ?

Alpine, Nj
Why do banks do this to these mansions isnt getting something for it better then it to just sit and waste away then demolished on top of that why
It doesn't make sense why didn't she just sell it at an extensive loss. Something is better than nothing.
😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Way too big. Half that size would be plenty.
Isnt this Great Gatsbys house
Who's the owner
Peter Chen?
Wasteful society
Footage is great, good job on that!
Audio, not so much.

Disnt even get to see the walk in closets of the master bedroom
My bad, I got excited to see the bedroom. Unfortunately, the closets were nothing special at all, so not much was missed. Thanks for watching!
Well I watched to see the whole dang house
@@rhondamccoy2744 You can see a good glance at the whole place when I first walk into the room.
Another person that looked at it showed a wedding dress…@bigbankz
Cum sa fie abandonată daca au luat mobila ! 😡 Rușine pentru minciuna ! 🤮
You know a place can be abandoned after valuables are taken out, right?
