fun fact 128mm pak 44 was the largest at gun in the wehrmach use and these served as both field and At gun with its own 4 wheeled platform with crucifix support legs for posioned use, but because germans lacked abiliity to produce these mounts in enough numbers they made k81 conversions using french 155mm heavy field gun and 152 mm ML-20 howitzer mounts as surrogates.
(Intro starts) - C'mon jingles let's see some damage this episode! (Fades to black so I can see my sad pathetic reflection on the screen) - Wrong kind of damage
Actually Jingles (lol, jk) the BZ-176 Premium Chinese Heavy Tank has a whopping 160mm cannon at tier VIII, and I believe it was plans for a project by the Chinese Army to quickly fill in the gaps in the front lines in a war with or other tanks like that. The feature of it - it has rockets. I however don't blame you for not knowing about the new Chinese Heavies, Jingles. I really don't.
The biggest gun in the game is still the “Black Dragon” a 240mm monster on the T92 Nuke Cannon. Both the gun and the vehicle actually existed. They were planned for use in the Pacific when the US invaded the Home Islands but Fat Man and Little Boy convinced them to surrender before the T92 could be shipped out from the States.
It is not only that BZ has a bigger caliber gun than Grille 15 it hits mire reliably, too. On the paper, sure, Grille gun is more accurate and all, but in game BZ premium tier VIII hits more than Grille.
I like your videos and I've watched them for a long time thank you for making them. I think you should know about the tanks because you are being an authority and a commentator, but if you don't like World of Tanks anymore that's fine I appreciate you
Jingles on WOT console there is a new Tier X Centurion ARVE with a 162.5mm gun. It is the bane of the game at the moment. It has a 185mm penetration and 240mm penetration HESH. It is currently a reward vehicle for the ultimate season pass. Usually it is difficult playing WOT but this really takes it a notch higher. Could you do a segment on it for a few laughs
Apologise for an "Actually Jingles" moment. The Jagdtigers gun was designed and purpose built as an anti-tank gun after the Germans encounter the 122mm Russian gun and wanted something similar. The choice of a 128 mm calibre anti-tank gun was made because of the availability of tooling due to the use of this calibre for naval weapons (but they did not use destroyer guns). The design contracts were awarded to Rheinmetall Borsig and Krupp. The first prototype guns were delivered for testing in late 1943. Rheinmetall had developed a variant of the 128 mm Flak gun (which is what I thought they put into the Jagdtiger until I did this research) , whilst Krupp opted to design a new weapon from the ground up which won the contract. All Jagdtiger with the 128/pak44 are Krupp designed. Also while the 88 pak 43 while designated to be equipped on the Jagdtiger, to fill the shortfall of 128 mms, these never saw service as far as anyone can determine.
Just for clarities sake, the 128mm was a Army and not Navy calibre (the Naval equivalent being 127mm). However, for the Z52 destroyer class of 1944, it was decided to standardise on the army 128mm and cease production of the naval 127mm. However, the Z52's were never completed and the 128mm guns assigned to them transferred back to the Army.
@@jeffallen3382 no, they lost so badly because their idiot leader didn't learn from WWI.....fighting on multiple fronts, without your population on 100% war footing....is stupid.
The Pak 44 with the 128mm gun that saw service in 44 and 45 I believe that the gun was put on the hull of a pz iv and there you have the waffentrager auf pz iv which is like stock in WoT?
I believe that tier 10 is a good place to have prototype/what-if designs for world of tanks/warships/the game we don't talk about. It's a good reward for making it to the end. Wargaming, however, thinks otherwise
IIRC the penetration indicator only takes thickness into account not angles. So it will tell you that you can penetrate even if the angle means you can not.
@@kaltaron1284on the console version this used to be the opposite. It was very useful in letting you know when you've overmatched angled armor but now that was removed for some reason. I thought it was a bug but I see this actually happens in the PC version so they could've brought it to Console too. Just great👍😂
Your next warthunder vid should be om the flak barge xD id love to hear your commentary on the history of it and the practicality, its in the ships section and its just a barge with flak 88s and 20mm flak guns on it xD
Kinda like the design of the grille 15 but wont lie miss seeing the wafflehouse 😂 one of the first tier 10s i grinded for on the ps4 version of the game from seeing gameplay on your channel.
I mean it's kind of practical. You can have 1 Jagdtiger or you could divide the materials and get 4 Grilles instead. Not that they had the guns for them or the manufacturing capacity to do so, but if guns are needed on the front line and the situation was ideal, you may consider just having a simple, I guess in the UK you call them, trolley of a tank to move a big gun to where it needs to go. The US called it a gun motor carriage, but the concept of that changed drastically over the course of the war. You get the idea though. The what ifs about it all would boil down to Germany not losing at the time of its conception and having the means to manufacture it. Also in one breathe Jingles says, "I don't have any problem with all the 'What-if' tanks in the game." Sees a definite 'What-if' Chinese tank, "I can't be bothered to know all of the tanks being added to the game." Sounds like you have a problem with the 'What-if' tanks in the game, Jingles.
y'know, after playing warthunder for so long, playing world of tanks again feels so alien. I reaaaaally do not like getting shot by invisible bullshit.
Blows my mind that Jingles has been making youtube for almost a decade and he still can't figure out how to mix audio. Every single video is different audio mix, sometimes so bad you can hardly hear him over the engine sound, like this one
The reasoning behind adopting an 12.8cm anti-tank gun for the Jagdtiger when the long 8.8 of the Tiger II was already capable of penetrating the armor every tank on the planet at the time was simple: the 12.8 could defeat every tank on the planet *from a longer distance.* Germany wanted a TD that could take out tanks from further away than they could shoot back. A factor that's inapplicable in World of Tanks, because combat ranges are incredibly short in this game. The napkinwaffe concepts of 15cm anti-tank guns had the same thinking behind them. Still impractical, because Germany was even less capable of building enough of these guns and the vehicles to carry them to matter than they were of smaller guns and tanks. But there was an actual logic behind the concept.
yes Jingles is right the Pak 40 was literally the best anti tank gun of WW2 it probably destroyed more tanks than all the other German guns combined. I guess I should say not the just Pak 40 itself but all its Tank mounted variants like the Stuk 40 L48 that the Stug III carried and the Kwk 40 l43 or 48 that the Panzer 4 and many other German vehicles carried. All those combined destroyed more tanks than any other gun type and I guess we all know the vast majority of that was T-34's ( RIP Soviet tankers )
Strictly speaking the Flak 88 becoming an anti tank weapon was predictable and not ad hoc. They developed an anti strong point shell for the Flak 88 pre war (or very early war). This obviously has use against mobile fortifications more commonly known as tanks. While the range of shells improved as the war went on the original concept was there in the very early days. Admittedly Germany did make the idea obsolete by going around the Maginot line instead of into it.
Slight Correction Hitler abandoned the Atlantic front (naval war) after the Americans came in and the joint Allied fleet kicked the Uboats collective arse in the tail end of the battle of the Atlantic. what was left of the surface fleet was either scrapped for material to make more tanks or destroyed by the Allies. so they had a lot of Cruisers and Battleships just scrapped because Hitler said so

fun fact 128mm pak 44 was the largest at gun in the wehrmach use and these served as both field and At gun with its own 4 wheeled platform with crucifix support legs for posioned use, but because germans lacked abiliity to produce these mounts in enough numbers they made k81 conversions using french 155mm heavy field gun and 152 mm ML-20 howitzer mounts as surrogates.
Great as always
Oh Jingles, can't wait for you to feature the BZ-176 - it's such a fun, toxic machine
I wish you would do more WoT videos, they are still the best out there.
Same. When it was all WoT on this channel it was really good. Now... not so much.
Very good job by Grille
Thanks Jingles
Another great video young man , you really are out of touch with WoT not knowing about the BZ176 .
It is not only that BZ has a bigger caliber gun than Grille 15 it hits mire reliably, too. On the paper, sure, Grille gun is more accurate and all, but in game BZ premium tier VIII hits more than Grille.
The only thing I watch every week on TH-cam is jingles
I like your videos and I've watched them for a long time thank you for making them. I think you should know about the tanks because you are being an authority and a commentator, but if you don't like World of Tanks anymore that's fine I appreciate you
thank you Jingels......y content is allways the best:)
How do you manage to have completely different sound settings each video is beyond me Old Man XD
He's Jingles. That's all the reason he needs. XD
No wonder the Germans lost so badly...
Damn this is the earliest I’ve been since 2012🤣😭 yes jingles I’ve been stocking you that long 😂🤣
Oooo...kinky
You having Jingles just in "stockings"??? ....yikes
@@leeshackelford7517 since high school 😉 🤣
@@johnthetechguy7040 hahahahaha...so...not just Flamu ....
Oh sweet sweet innocent child doesn't know about the BZ-176 yet. Cherish your time of innocence while you still can baby Jingles.
OH Jingles, not that bloody tank game again :) XD
I believe that tier 10 is a good place to have prototype/what-if designs for world of tanks/warships/the game we don't talk about. It's a good reward for making it to the end. Wargaming, however, thinks otherwise
love the content jingles you all have a gate day or night where ever u are
He hit the Cobra in the most angled part of his armour, says "nice green bounce" xD.
14:06 uhh jingles, that is a 120mm not the 105mm
Kinda like the design of the grille 15 but wont lie miss seeing the wafflehouse 😂 one of the first tier 10s i grinded for on the ps4 version of the game from seeing gameplay on your channel.
I don't miss playing this game one bit... I just wish I hadn't wasted so much time when I was playing it.
I wonder what happened to the first 24 Violent Pizzas... 🤔
Good use of ground, that man.
That gun is so comically ridiculous...reminds me of the pistol Jack Nicholson's Joker pulled out to shoot down Batman in the 80s movie
Yeah, that was really great, but you also have to take into account, that he is a violent Pizza.
T28 prot did have the 120mm gun, just low rolled twice
Good ole Jingles
the 128 was also a AA gun on twin mounts on flack towers
Also in one breathe Jingles says, "I don't have any problem with all the 'What-if' tanks in the game."
Sees a definite 'What-if' Chinese tank, "I can't be bothered to know all of the tanks being added to the game."
Sounds like you have a problem with the 'What-if' tanks in the game, Jingles.
What a match Congrats
y'know, after playing warthunder for so long, playing world of tanks again feels so alien. I reaaaaally do not like getting shot by invisible bullshit.
phew, was startin to panic. Gotta have my Jingles fix!
When I saw that the enemy team had exactly 1200 hp at the end, that was the giveaway for me.
Same here.
"ViolentPizza" i remember laughing about that name a few days ago when i played against him 😂
Blows my mind that Jingles has been making youtube for almost a decade and he still can't figure out how to mix audio.
Every single video is different audio mix, sometimes so bad you can hardly hear him over the engine sound, like this one
Nice game, I only got as far as the Pz IV and quite liked it too......😀
Oh Jingles, T28 prot. is actually using 120mm gun, he just lowrolled twice lol
That was some good Pizza. Even if was dangerous. Good game.
I think whoever designed THIS one, had jousting tournaments in mind, since this cannon barrel is as long as jousting lance would be. 😂
Well actually Jingles, the t28 prot was using the 120mm
yes Jingles is right the Pak 40 was literally the best anti tank gun of WW2 it probably destroyed more tanks than all the other German guns combined.
Oh Jingles, don't ever change ya old fart! 3 TDs left, 2,719 HP left so definitely not either 2,100 HP *or* a trio of one shot kills...
No better way to spend a Thursday arvo
Why a 150mm gun??? A phallic this simply is what it is. "Mines bigger than yours". 😂
Fun game to watch!
The ShitBarn had the problem to roll over backwards while firing, this thing would be back to Berlin when the mag is empty.
In case anyone is wondering I think it is the Baroness as commander.
its ermilinda from the WT event last year (von kreiger's daughter)
Slight Correction
Hitler abandoned the Atlantic front (naval war) after the Americans came in and the joint Allied fleet kicked the Uboats collective arse in the tail end of the battle of the Atlantic. what was left of the surface fleet was either scrapped for material to make more tanks or destroyed by the Allies.
so they had a lot of Cruisers and Battleships just scrapped because Hitler said so
Got one for you to ban Jingles my boy
No love for the name Violent Pizza, I'm assuming it's a reference to the Bjork/Diddy gif.
Oh wow, Jingles found out about the BZ... three months late xD
Does Jingles have german/ anime sounding crew for his pc. What the hell was that at the start
watched until most accurate gun in world of trash missed 3 times in a row, gg wargaming.
The name of the K91PT player is Danish and it means "Spank Me Hard", so maybe that explains why he was parked in the open :)
“Oh look an IS-7”
*BOOM, blows tracks off and does 800 dmg*
“Oof, only took off the tracks, oh well”
Oh my back i need a nap
Yeeikes
Nice job pizza
