The rating system is a holdover from a time when swearing on TV was forbidden and showing your leg above the ankle labled you as a sexual deviant. I haven’t watched Jingles in like 5 years since I don’t play any of the WG games anymore, and literally everything from the intro to the Howdy folks is the exact same! It’s all coming back to me now. Last I remember watching Jingles he was engaged with Rita and then the wedding was canceled.
The Cromwell is a very underrated tank. When you get it into a good position it's very deadly. It does take a good driver to operate it correctly though. Easily my favorite tank
Beck in the early days. I ammo racked 2 tanks in rapid succesion with my Tiger 1 and i was below a long hill (can't remember the map name) and 2 cromwells at the top. They where both too scared to come out after that. I did have a 100% tiger + camo + all skills n stuff, so yeah, an ACE crew. Lol, those days are logn gone. And they could have gotten me, since i was alone (both teams pretty much lemming train'd). Good memory's.
I'm 13 and have been playing World of Warships since 2018 (I was 8, my grandfather introduced me to the game) and I already have the Buffalo and a few medium tier tech tree ships.
Damn... I submitted a replay to Jingles in my Cromwell on this same map. I got 11 kills and was bouncing with excitement (and caffeine). When I saw the thumbnail I was like "could it be?" Ah well. Good job to both players.
I play WoWS on console, recently I was playing in a division with a friend and a friend of his who didn’t have a microphone for his console so I couldn’t hear him. The friend of my friend is 8 years old, and is actually my friend son, he played better than 90% of the other players I run into. He knew how to angle, how to make use of concealment and radar ranges, damn smart kid.
I had that with Guard - in the first battle, I was able to shoot and hit on the move, without too much of aiming, across half of Malinovka. Then, the first ~100 battles were great, and then came a sharp decline and I no longer play the tank for being horrible. It looks like there's a secret factor that makes the tanks (or RNG of a tank) good so it gets positive reviews when it's new (and attracts the attention of potential buyers), and then the secret factor is removed, after players bought it, and the tank becomes average.
I have a blast in my Cromwell M variant. It was awesome to rip around in. Used to use them in a wolf pack in the tier 6 clan battles. They were a riot.
Just in case anyone wanted to know, skop (or skopped, which is kind of the english way of making it past tense) means kick or kicked. You can also het klapped, klap means slap, which is slightly less bad than getting skopped. Getting PKed on the other hand (where K is for Klap and P is the Dutch word for cat), is far far worse a fate.
This morning greeted me with well over a foot of snow but getting that notification that the all singing all dancing mighty jingles has posted a new video made the day that much more bearable.
Made me think of 'Enders Game' where kids are trained in tactics and strategy to defeat enemies. Looks like playing computer games today is tomorrows future soldiers playing wargames in drones and whatnots. Time to play Tic Tac Toe. Joshua.

There are times when I look at British WW2 tanks and wonder what they were thinking when they built them. The Cromwell is one of the tanks that trigger those moments. The thing about it is how they made the armor. Most other nations either sloped thin armor to increase its effective thickness or at least curved it to increase the odds that it might deflect incoming fire. Not the Cromwell. They hung most of its armor on straight vertical and horizontal planes like they didn't care. I'd almost think they told the crews "Don't worry, chaps. If an enemy shell penetrates, it'll bounce harmlessly off the tea kettle!"
That kid slaughtered that enemy team. He actually made some pretty good decisions, like taking cover behind wreckages, using bushes and their target prioritisation.
Mitch Rapp is a great character, and a very good book series. The movie was ok for a book adaptation. not surprised Jingles didn't make the connection.
Thanks to this video, I finally know what the Venezuelan tank is from Mercenaries 2: World in flames, that I loved to steal from the Venezuelan army. In that game, I think it's called a Calderon 2 tank. Here is a T-62A.
Though not world of tanks, my T18e2 in war thunder is a personal favourite. Doesn't matter that its a wheeled vehicle weighing about 20 tonnes and max speed of about 22mph. Still love it
Well played Mitch! I love my Cromwell, although loaded with ramming attributes will tell you I play it badly, but it is such a fun tank. A good sniper too. Just don't get spotted! Years ago there was quite a famous platoon of Cromwells on the Euro server. Really good players. I had the dubious honour of playing against them. They totally destroyed my team by themselves! Cromwells can be fun in platoon. Worth a go if you are in a clan.
Before the reworks to the 263 line, I was constantly told that the VII-IX vehicles leading up to it were real stinkers. When I started with SU-100m1… I fell in love with it rather quickly… even got my only Kolobanovs medal with it. Now the whole line is more or less idiot proof since the rework.

Many years ago I reached the lofty heights of the Colorado in WoWS and being an avid viewer of your channel I had already decided to free xp my way to the Nth Carolina. But being a fair short I resolved to play 1 battle in it first before skipping over it. My opening salvo I obliterated a Myoko at maximum range. Because of that 1 perfect salvo I played through the Colorado proper. I regretted it as soon as I played my 1st battle in my NC.

Doing the wrong thing together: Match on Malinovka and the chat is full of "this map again" and then "Let's just rush the field." Thanks to poor map awareness we had cut through their defensive line before people heading up the hill realized how many tanks blitzed across the field. Never seen a team buy into a plan like that again.
A win is a win. As long as you win and are not in the bottom quarter of the team you did enough things right to get that win. Winning is all that counts in pvp games.
I think they've softened the physics at some point since I can't remember taking damage from jumps in a long time, at some point you could lose a chunk of your hitpoints just leaving spawn in Karelia but that hasn't happened anymore for a long time despite what tank you drive of the edge of the spawn area. Pretty much only times you get damaged from jumps is when you screw up the jump in the first place and land sideways.
I love my T62 A .. I play it MOSTLY in Advances or CW, what really makes it fun is, a LOT of the kids, I mean player base {NA Server) have never seen one and have no clue how to deal with them..

Comet, in comparison, is just a decent tank in tier 7 with worse mobility in exchange for a slightly better armored turret but still using basically the same gun which is far from the best for a tier 7 tank. I would say that Cromwell is the best tank English medium line can offer tier by tier, after it is juat a downward slope.
Bravo Zulu (Well Done) Mitch and/or Dad. You would make a good naval gunner. Please see your local Navy Recruiter when you turn 18. Better still, look into the Naval Academy. Remember that the most dangerous weapon anyone has is their brain (for good or ill).

Actually Jingles the AMX 40 is a "light" tank. Okay, it may only reach it's top speed when you throw it off a cliff, but still a light tank.
