Than you for the video. I just had partial replacemnt/rotator cuff repair/bicep tendon relocation on Friday. The hardest part for me for this is relaxing my arm to let it swing on its own
Thanks!! Just had my first appt after a rotator cuff surgery a week ago. The physicians assistant told me to show how I was doing the exercises. When I went to do the pendulum exercises, she told me I should have my back at 90 degrees to my legs ,,, parallel to the floor. Every video I've watched and the sheet of PT instructions show them done with much less of an angle, and certainly not at 90 degrees. What is the correct angle for a back to be in for performing these pendulum exercises?

Thanks Doctor Mam ! 👍
Excellent, I got it!. So, we don't move exactly the shoulder in these exercises.
Thank you so much for your video, it was very very informative and very detailed .... just had arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Does your angle (how low you bend) determine the effectiveness of this exercise?
Thanks
