How to install servo buddy(2024 ZX6R)

Installing a servo buddy after having my eBay exhaust installed for 200 miles without any check engine light. Ordered the servo buddy thinking it was needed to avoid check engine light but apparently it’s not needed only useful to save weight and space!
**PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU START THE BIKE WHILE THE SERVO HARNESS IS UNPLUGGED YOU RUN THE CHABCE OF A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AFTER. **

So if the servo cables are loose will it run any differently or cause a check engine light?

Might cause a check engine light if loose! Make sure to clip em properly together.

Just leave the servo plugged in under the seat and you can remove the wires from servo to exhaust and you’ll be good 👍

@@TeeZB58I called a lot of garages and for the zx-6r 2024, as I own one and I’m trying to figure out if I leave the servo in there but remove the cables, will an engine light come up or anything, they advise that it does as the ecu senses something is wrong, is that right or wrong?
