How to install servo buddy(2024 ZX6R)
Installing a servo buddy after having my eBay exhaust installed for 200 miles without any check engine light. Ordered the servo buddy thinking it was needed to avoid check engine light but apparently it’s not needed only useful to save weight and space!
**PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU START THE BIKE WHILE THE SERVO HARNESS IS UNPLUGGED YOU RUN THE CHABCE OF A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AFTER. **

Get Heli bars for more comfort, they raise bars 1.5 inches 😎
If the light skips me I go right and make a u turn. Then as I come up to the light where I was I have to wait there for a red light the other way. It never fails.
Can I install a servo buddy and ride without a muffler while I wait for my exhaust?

Hello I have a question what happens if I change the exhaust and I don’t replace the servo? Thank you
Just leave the servo plugged in under the seat and you can remove the wires from servo to exhaust and you’ll be good 👍
@@TeeZB58I called a lot of garages and for the zx-6r 2024, as I own one and I’m trying to figure out if I leave the servo in there but remove the cables, will an engine light come up or anything, they advise that it does as the ecu senses something is wrong, is that right or wrong?
I was running the TU pump here.

So if the servo cables are loose will it run any differently or cause a check engine light?
Might cause a check engine light if loose! Make sure to clip em properly together.

Lmao target fixation got set to the sidewalk when I decided mid turn I wouldn’t make it. All for not sticking with it and not looking where i want to go.
Hope you're doing ok I always keep in mind the bike can be pushed farther than I'm pushing it leaned farther than I'm leaning it I'm constantly improving I'd be riding but I crashed due to a manufacturing defect on my front brakes master cylinder made my brakes lock up while doing 107 mph in a T-shirt and joggers with my js on bike landed on me I just about turn into good ole ghost rider

To make the quick shifter better, you need to bring down the shifter… If you don’t know how to do that, take it to a shop, and they can help you. You put the bike on the stand, you sit down on the bike, and you have them adjust The shifter down to where it hovers just above where your foot is in your normal riding position, that way it only takes a slight movement of your foot to push up on the shift lever rather than a 2 to 3 inch movement of your foot. You will find that your shifts are much more positive and easier to manipulate. I promise this is one of the best improvements you can do to a bike, that doesn’t cost you any money. From the factory, the position is set that if you have a thick pair of riding boots, you can still jump on the bike and ride off without issue. However, if you’re wearing tennis shoes or tennis shoe like icon boots, for example, you can have quite a gap in between your foot and the shift lever. Hope this helps!
Yes I actually came up with this fix when my quick shifter got loose and when tightening it back I noticed I can move the shifter where I want. That same idea clicked in my head maybe if I put it down the shift will go in better. Has been better but now I have the problem of sometimes not letting the shifter go all the way back down before I try to hit the next gear 😂

He wasn’t gonna turn around and even try. The time you had to run while you woulda already been moving that speed it was impossible for him to turn over to the other side then to speed up. It’s happened to be on smaller roads they definitely won’t even try had a cop tell me he won’t chase bikes they accelerate too fast.

I got mine last week never had a bike before and its my first one ever so l been consuming any zxr6 and sport content l can l have been on it for a few miles after a lot of times on the friction zone then l saw a video where they say if you dont give it gas it will drop but if you keep it gassed a bit it will keep you on top so after l saw that video from moto jitsu then l was able to get in the bike with confidence that as long as l keep it gassed a little bit l would be ok! So l been around the block a-lot in second and in first gear
@@EdDesan77yeah bro friction zone helps a lot forsure. Just play with it when stopped, let it pull you forward then push it back in and walk the bike back a bit and then let it out again. Just repeat that over and over and you will understand the friction zone much better.
