Impressive how coherent the compositional style, the guitarwork and the mix is from the beginning of Sybreed till now with Obsydians. They have such a characteristic sound, I would spot them in a second.

I wasted no time checking out the atmospheric Antares and epic AF Pulse Of Awakening. Man, Sybreed really made my summer 2011 all the more fun. Sucks I joined the fandom late before Ben quit in 2013 but life happens. :(
But with crap vocals or not crap i just think benj was better for this like on twelw megaton oh it dont get better than that ref. Björn was great at chainheart machine though

Listening to the lyrics, I can tell Bjorn has been inspired a little by current state of affairs in the 🌎. No matter how hard humanity progresses, it always trips over it's own feet and injures itself and has so much trouble focusing on healing itself. Love this track. Thank you gentlemen for being such fantastic musicians.

Not really. They're going for a few singles every year instead of full album releases every few years, which is more adapted to the way music is consumed nowadays. Needless to say tho, I would not complain if they did a "sequel" to Antares :D
Think Antares is one of the best Metal albums out there...just becouse of The guitar is so complex combine with the vocals sybreed had the clean voice was not typical for that kind of heavy music. With björn its well i've heard this a million times before, he givs it a kind of a eurovision sounding metal n that just suuuuuuuuuuks for this awsome guitarist

It is bitterly said, but it is true that it would probably be good for all members to return to Sybreed. When they were together they made better music, but now it is boring.

This song just gave me goosebumps. Everything about this track is just gold. Heavy, Melodic, Vocals, Energy. This is a masterpiece of a track.

The mix is kind of boring, no fatness. Dry and flat. Soilwork is boring too, they had their golden days but they are long gone.
Living Infinite is pretty recent dude and Night Flight Orchestra is phenomenal.
