This video is a Solar Installation video of a Hotel in Thirukazhikundram which completely runs on Full DC Solar(192V). It consists of 320W panels(14 nos) and 200aH battery(16 Nos), MCCB, High Voltage Cutoff Circuit . This is one of the cheapest method (saving upto 30% cost) because does not uses solar panel structure. It produces around 20-25 units/day. It includes all LED light fittings, BLDC fans, Inverter fridge, electric bike and cars charging. The main motto of this video is installing solar cost-effectively.
It is recommended to install this design by yourselves with an electrician and the circuit diagram of this design is given in the end of the video. - บันเทิง

Investing in the battery is not a wise option, we have to replace the battery every 4 or 5 years.
Solar on-grid invertors with 7 years warranty are available in the market now.
We can install extra more solar modules and produce more electricity for the cost of the battery.

So many battery is meare WASTE after 5 years it has to be replaced. Lot of money needed. In spite you can go for ONGRID method using netmeter. You can inport electricty. No need to pay current bill.

No No If you use normal Transformer inverter without proper watthour calculation a 5year battery will work for 3 years hardly if calculated and avoided such inverters and used switch mode inverters or inverter less model you can run upto 7-8 years with similar warranty battery but water maintenance are must.
@@shankaryou1 If we leave grid unstable voltage from electricity board our all equipment work for endless lifetime understand due to poor grid power we loose more appliances and pushed to use stabilizers.
Pure off grid users who not depend on grid wont need stablizers.
whatever it is. the battery cost is so high. If you compare to the normal ups system. here you need to add more components. battery, inverter, solar panel, mccb, and ect. But we don't need to spend more for the normal ups system. Only battery and inverter thats it. But for the solar system!? and there are some negatives also there in the solar system. (1) Rainy season we can't expect full output. (2) expenses so high.(3) need more maintenance. so if you compare this to EB current bill payement. then the solar expenses unbearable.

U always forgot to mention one important things in all solar panel system, that was with the setup solat system with batt bank, how long (hours) it will run with full charge, i.e during rainy season etc. This information will help user to determine load capacity etc.
Keeping the solar panels horizontally, with zero tilt angle(angle between the roof surface and solar panel) will not be efficient as it gives very low output power compared to the output power given by the solar panels which are kept at a tilt angle equal to the latitude of the place, where the solar panels are installed. The electrical output power produced by the solar panels depends mainly on the solar radiation which falls perpendicular to the solar panel. If solar panels are kept with zero tilt angle, the solar rays which fall perpendicular to the solar panel are very less throughout the day, as the position of the sun varies throughout the day. For a fixed tilt angle, solar panels have to be placed with a tilt angle equal to the latitude of the place facing south to extract maximum power from the panel.

Tilt = latitude is for maximum annual generation. Sometimes it’s wise to adjust tilt and azimuth (eg., east-west panels) to generate maximum output during peak hours, based on seasonal demands and usage patterns. Such adjustments are done in off-grid system, place where electricity rates are high during peak times (time of day electricity price ) or simply when net billing instead of net metering is used. Such design should be done by proper generation estimation, energy auditing etc, else your ROI will be on steeper side. So better go through epc companies then installers like them.

Your circuit is good, but the way you explain is not clear enough to understand to any layman. This is one of the main reason for everyone to call you and ask for doubts. In this video time stamp from 6:17 to 6:30 is not clear the way you explain. You need to show how to program PID. You have not discussed in previous and current video. Connection of diodes, contactor and battery center point connection these are the important things you should show. Using PID you are doing high and low voltage cutoff. See the link given below

I think this device does the job. The person who shoots the video is an adfilm director, sir the video should be in a systematic approach, because you are educating millions of people round the globe. Already circuit diagram is shown in earlier video,now you are installing a new project as per diagram.

@@lonelyman3012 No buddy nowadays all inverter appliances like AC and Refrigerators have BLDC motors in then because they contumely run. I am running it and i am completely satisfied with it. And nowadays the government is increasing the EB cost exponentially so i think its important just like how we shifted from ordinary Tube lights to LEDs. I personally checked the wattages of both and it does consume less and my model is very fast. Just because a seller in some shop did not use them does not mean its a loss our climate especially hot climate like ours we use fans a lot so I think its needed very much.

Selva Kumar, I think they r not using 12v or 24v, they are using 220v DC system using 24v panel in series connection ( 27.6v*14no's=386.5v) to charge & use 12v battery in series (13.8v*16no'=220.8vDC). And they didn't mention 12v DC lights, Therefore a 230v led light fixture required minimum 140V AC or minimum 198V DC (140*✓2=197.9v). Check with latest smps type adapter's input voltage AC 90v to 275v & they are capable to work with equavellent DC Voltage ( 90*✓2)=128vdc to (275*✓2)=388vdc.

What happens to current loss due to DC travelling in wires for long distance ?
Transformers
200 to 230 V DC. Current rating will be same as 220 V AC. So loss will be same as in AC or less.
Only If DC voltage is less than 200 then current will be higher for the same load( kw) hence loss will be higher on longer transmission.
It is good if we have house hold equipment made for DC. Hope this becomes a trend.
As Solar generation is locally produced and consumed, DC supply for standalone system has many advantages.
Only when we need a grid+ solar there is an issue.
Also Battery cost per KWH and it reliability is a factor to be checked.
