The reaction won't be taking placee... The layers would be soluble or insoluble that can't be predicted but like in carbs for Benedict and fehling.. blue color will pertain...
And in the protein one , there will be no involvement of blue color.. since it will naturally appear due to the vitriol... But if you see na closely there would be a light purple color when observed...🙃
