Awww. Don't be lonely! You're so charming and kind. I'm kind of a homebody, I'm happy with me and my kitty. I'm "alone" a lot but not lonely. We love you! ❤️

I love your content a lot, it's so relaxing and makes you appreciate the more simple things in life like a fresh warm meal. You mentioned a few months ago that you're trying to make your english sound more natural and make less scripts for your videos and it seems to me you've improved a lot. Keep up the amazing work!

Thank you for adding a vegan nabe recipe! I have lived in Japan and loved all the food there but after I moved back to my country I turned vegan, and the next time I go to Japan, it will be more difficult for me to find vegan food in Japan. But this shows I can still eat my favorite foods there even if I would have to make them myself! 😊

I love nabe and will certainly try the one you made for breakfast. In UK we eat stews and soups in winter but they tend to be quite rich and thick, I think nabe is so much lighter and easier to digest.

Hi, Aki, haha: what a name: tipsy sake… I don’t drink any alcohol, but in soups I add a bit of Mirin. My girl friend from Taiwan, who lived in Japan for 2 years, taught me to use it. It makes especially mussel soup delicious. Soon we’ll be in Denmark and find fresh mussels at the beach… I’ll add some mushrooms like you did. We always top it with some roasted sesame seeds. Enjoy the winter and teach us to go out in all kinds of weathers… love, Monika❣

Good cooking! Love it! Will try to make w/ family asap! -- do I have ingredients? 🤔🙄😁 can you just add water without the dashi/consomme? Don't have those on hand. Have kelp and dried shiitake tho. Also, we have vegetarians here, so gotta stick to no fish/animal ingredients. It's kinda cold here so this is perfect! 🥰 thank you!!!

Btw, if you wish to do membership (mentioned in an earlier video), that's ok. We won't be able to join it but can still appreciate any other content you offer to non-members. You need to do what's best for you. Just don't forget non-members. 😉 😌 🙂 Straddling balance of content for members vs. non-members will give you a learning curve. I see some channels working on that, struggling a bit. When you're ready, good luck! 👍
