After many, MANY requests, I finally caved and decided to make the final OMORI cover (at least for now), and what better way to end it than the final boss theme and on SPOOKY month? This one took me a while, it wasn't easy to translate this into my own style but after months of work, I finally got it to a point that it is now my favorite remix that I have made for this game.
This game was so special to me, and literally changed the course of my life, I can't thank you all enough for going on this journey with me. And of course, thank you OMOCAT for creating such a beautiful world that resonated with me.

Now this endgame story was an apotheosis, through and through.
This game echoed with me about the theme of anxiety at the time i played it. Weirdly enough, one of my biggest anxiety phase (i am talking in months here) came after this game and overshadowed all of the lessons i could have retained from this story, so it might echo with me even more now.
I see Omori as a message about mental health (obviously), about self care and love, but what resonates with me the most right now, is the overall feeling of guilt that can accompany anxiety which truly creates this vicious cycle and fear of other people's gaze.
I knew that this game was going to convey harsh facts, yet i don't regret playing it one bit, it is beautiful and masterfully executed.

I ADORED Omori artstyle's and music and just like for "It means everything", you managed to make a wonderful version of this song (which is a bit hard to learn without context) filled with leitmotifs (like easter eggs) so thanks again J-trigger, i hope you still have fun remaking Omori musics.
(Btw, if you have stories to share about Omori fellows feel free to write them down, i would read them with pleasure)
I really resonated with Kel. After playing through the first time, it really made me think that you never know the one time you check on a friend you haven't heard from, really could be the difference in the way their life goes.
Sunny isolated himself into is own world. Crippled by his trauma and guilt. If Kel never went to check on him, well you've seen how that goes.

It makes me sad the algorithm shafted this cover. The amount of motifs from the game you spread throughout the whole thing (Whitespace. It Means Everything, See You Tomorrow and some of the battle music even.) makes this one of the best covers of the song. I hope it soon reaches more people.

Man I loved that scene when Sunny got back up after Omori defeated him and pulled out a guitar and absolutely shredded on it. And shredded Omori, too.

Before hearing this cover, I was wondering how can anyone make a Metal remix of a song mostly comprised of stringed instruments? And wow.. just.. wow.. let’s just say I was left very emotional by the end. Making this cover was probably a challenge but damn, the end result is incredible! That It Means Everything & Good Morning motif especially hit right in heart. A nice mix between emotional & beautiful, while also being hard-hitting. And the video production is top-notch! This is by far one of my fav pieces of OMORI media out there. Amazing work dude!

OK OK OK, i finally got to see this and IS TRULY AMAZING AS I COULD EVER IMAGINE! The It Means Everthing is a insane touch that make it so much emotional! i love all the references in this cover and yeah.. it almost made me cry a bit heheh.. Is the most violent and epic Omori cover till now! i've just miss a bit the glitches and screams at the end that make it disturbing, but in rest THIS IS *PERFECT IN EACH POSSIBLE WAY.*

Really feels like the version of the song that would play at the end of a JRPG, with all the important leitmotifs from different parts of the game coming together into one. Well done!
It really reminds me of Omega Flowey in a way.
A calm, but tense start, going from a distressing and hostile vibe, to a break, and then to hope.
As if Sunny were about to take his own life, but it's fighting for a reason to not do it. Trying to recall his friends and their legacy, only to Omori try to push him down. And the leitmotifs! It Means Everything, See You Tomorrow, Good Morning, *_By Your Side..._*
Which, when the last comes in, the "hopeful" part of the song is gone, back to the hostile vibe, because Sunny can't truly forgive himself of what he has done to Mari, which leads to the end of the song going back to the "start", there's no satisfying resolution, because Sunny can't get past himself.
Raising himself to only get back down, just like in the original game, where he "fails" to defeat Omori, because you cannot erase part of yourself, but you must learn to live with it, to forgive it. That's why Sunny winned, he kept his promise, and accepted Omori as part of himself.
