Have 2 issues a c41 code that supposed to be the fuel pump relay I did swap it for a new one and nothing changed still have the code, also swapped the roll over sensor on the front and still nothing changed, if I jumped the relay conector with a fuse the fuel pump runs and the 4 wheeler starts but the f1 light flashes but it runes fine. I checked continuity from relay to conector on ecm and everything passed, and my second problem is that my cooling fan doesn’t come one if I put direct 12v it works so it tells me it’s the fan switch on the radiator well I put a new one in and nope it still the fan don’t come on. But if I jump the sensor conector the fan works.
Have you figure anything out on this I have having the same problems now. Tip over sensor, FI light flashing, fan won’t run. Any help would be appreciated
@@andrewbennett6072 haven’t figured it out yet I’m already 3 sensors in and it’s not working it doesn’t make sense, I already tested the fan and it works perfectly, but when I connect everything back together live it running for some time the fan won’t work.
Hey man I had the same problem. I hooked the wires back up , but now I’m having another problem.. once I ride my king quad so far and it warms up . My GEAR INDICATOR GOES OUT ON THE DASH... but it only goes out in H. Everything works fine. It goes out in H and the bike won’t go pass 11 mph
I have the F1 with the temp light on. Put the dealer mode Fl code switch to it and it said COO- That mean no codes ? Quad is hesitant to start and shuts off quickly after instrument panel goes ape shit flickering
