Wanted to share what I found in that I hope to help someone else out with this machine. Great ATV!
Hey there folks, I had all of the symptoms described in this video, and I got lucky as my issue turned out to be just fouled plugs! The dealer suggested that I try changing the twin spark plugs; so glad that I did - $30 fixed my problem!!!! Thank you for this video just the same. Cheers (2015 King Quad 750 SE)
nice video, I had a 2008 750, was staling when the fan kick on, added a ground wire to the frame and fixed problem...cleaned all connectors to ground.. FYI
Hey everybody. Great video. Mine was hard to start, all the same symptoms as yours but it turned out to be a cracked insulator on one of the spark plugs. Replaced both and all is good again. 👍👍’14 Kingquad 750.
I’m sharing this video with my service shop, they have already spent hours troubleshooting and can’t figure it out. Mine is a 2016 750 which starts and runs fine it just recently started randomly stalling, even more so when going slow downhills. Starts back up fine but then randomly stalls more. Hopefully this works. Thanks for the video.
Just purchased the squad myself same exact model and year. I noticed the same thing. You just save me a ton of time and money. Thanks very helpful video.
As an additional inspection to check if indeed it is the sock, which in many cases it is, (atv's) disconnect fuel line and back blow pressurized air into gas tank through it and reverse the accumulation from sock. If you notice immediate improvement then there lays the problem. Replace with a larger sock and clean out fuel tank.
This Was So Great! I'm Almost Certain This Is My Problem Because I Have Already Tried All The Other Little Forum Fixes You Mentioned But No One Has Ever Suggested The Fuel Pump Not Producing Enough Pressure! I'm Excited To Try It! I Rarely Even Ride Mine Anymore Because It's So Annoying Hard To Start And Stalling
Hope it helps! I think that filter sock is 99% of most people's problems. When something filters down to that small of microns, it's super easy to clog up. Mine still runs great now!
@@johnnymac3079 I'm in the 1%, replaced the sock yesterday after viewing your great video, it looked very dirty, but no improvements on the ATV. So I'll be ordering the injector and F.O. p/p that you suggested and convinced it will solve it!
I put that injector in today. Machine in high gear top speed 30-32mph. Keep in mind, I use it for work round the house; plowing snow, toting wood etc. Oil and filter changed twice per year. I can make it work mostly if I feather the throttle the right way... But I'm about at wits end. Next thing is the fuel pump. I'll swap that out. Only other thing I can think of is the ECM, the stock ECM from what I hear, is so narrow minded as far as fuel and fuel quality... Just not exactly in a position to spend $300 on a Moose ECM.
Thanks! I did exactly what you recomend. I change the Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter and Injector. Problem solved, power come back and no more cold start problems. Chears from Chile. Best!
This is great info. I had the exact same issues and tried most of the things you tried with the electrical system. None of it worked. I traced it down to a fuel issue also. I pulled the fuel pump assembly, cleaned it, and replaced the small sock filter with the larger filter. It greatly improved, but didn't solve it 100%. I still have the "cold crank" problem and need to let it idle for a while before I give it gas. I also continue to have the stall issue, but much less frequently. I'm going to try the fuel pump you recommended and, if this doesn't solve it, I'll change the fuel injector. Again, thanks for the video. Good stuff.
I changed the fuel pump recommended in the video (but not the injector) it ran well on idle for 5 min and then died when I tried riding it…won’t start at all now
I have a2012 400 you have to put the high idle on and give a little throttle when starting cold mine always fires right up every time but i am having the stalling issue ! Adding a pump that produces higher pressure isn’t changing the pressure through the injector the regulator will only allow its predetermined output but I definitely think that fixed your problem it’s better to have more pressure than not enough I’m going to check fuel pressure on mine! Thanks
I have had my '06 700 King for years and could never figure out the same problems, THIS IS AN AWESOME VIDEO!!! If there was one thing you could do to improve on the starting issues ,what would it be??? the fuel pump and filter or the injector? Keep up the great work/videos!!!
Probably the sock... pump and injector are honestly probably fine. The sock turns brown with gunk...but the tank is a pain to drop, so for $80 or whatever...might throw a pump in it anyways
@@johnnymac3079 did you replace the fuel pressure regulator too? I did all of the replacements that you have, but I left the stock fuel pressure regulator. It starts a lot better, and runs for a little bit, then dies, unless I give it more fuel. Also my tps is hard to get to stay centered. I bought it with a Velocity Devices ecu, which ran like crap. So I bought a new stock ecu, which is on the bike now. 2005 King quad 700. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
@@jhsdjfhuwd I did not replace my reg. I also got lucky and my tps and ecu did not have issues. I probably would have replaced the reg had I just bought the kit that had it. I would suggest looking at the plug also. Is it sorted black. If not, then you know it's not dying from being rich. Maybe you reg is bad?
Wonderful video and thank you for all the info. One quick note I would like to say is that not once was it mentioned about valve clearance. Suzuki valves run on the very tight side. Once you have a valve that is tight (no clearance), peculiarly the intake valve, you end up with a no vacuum draw (won't suck air in on a fuel injected quad) and so won't start or very difficult to start. That is the first place one should start. Also look at the exhaust valve. If no clearance it will make a quad quit on deceleration.
I have an 08 Suzuki LT-A750X that had the starting and dying issues described in this video and will likely try the fixes described. However, mine has gone a step farther and now won't start at all. It ran one day and a couple weeks later when I went to use it, nothing - just cranks. I can smell fuel coming through on the attempt to start and pulled the spark plug to verify spark. So, with the issues you describe, I'm assuming (if you're describing a cylinder compression loss) I can test with a compression testing gauge, but what's the easy fix?
I've done all of these same things on my 05' 700. It has improved and will scream (under normal conditions). Under a load (mud, pulling, hills) It loses power. I'm so disappointed, this was my dreams quad!!! However, I have not changed/cleaned injector. Maybe I will do that next, but if not successful I'm divorcing this one.
My exact problem with 07 700. Replaced my spark plug and fuel filter sock, but didnt do the pump while i was in there. Dumb. Next up, fuel pump and injector. Thanks
Only other thing I would have done different is to buy the quantum pump that also comes with the new regulator. This seems to run just a tad rich at startup then cleans right up. Still very happy. Ride for 3 hours yesterday. No issues at all.
Very good post. Thanks. I have recently purchased a 2014 K/Q750 with 1210 miles and 112 hours! It came with the stall for no reason problem but started well. I researched it and found a suggested fix. Unplug the single black wire that goes from the starter relay to the CPU. I got a shop manual, and the wiring diagram showed this wire was attached to the starter motor side of the relay contact. (So it went hot when the starter was energized.) Been running like this for 2 months and not a single stall. My only guess is that wire acts as an antenna and is injecting electrical noise into the CPU. Now tell me this why does the CPU needs to know when the starter motor is energized?
I tried unplugging that in the begging and it didn't help my specific situation, but if it worked for you that's awesome. Lots of money and time saved!
I have a 2014 and have been experiencing the stalling issue. Different from you, no issues with throttle, just slow down and she would stall. Tried the voltage regulator mod and it seems to have worked for me (so far). If anything creeps up I'm taking your path next. Great video!!
@@jrcorona5125 it did. Talking to a buddy that is a heavy equipment mechanic, he said it sounds like a ground issue, and I should have started there. I may look at that this year, but after we did the regulater ground it has worked great.
Your a life saver the dealer wanted$ 589.90 for this kit and would take a month for it to come in. Cause of you I ordered it on Amazon and it cost me $163.88 should have parts Jan 7 /Jan 20. Would you recommend trying to clean sock and give it a try? Prior to parts coming in . Need this quad for snow ???
Hope it helps. And no, the socks are just disposable. They literally just turn brown with dirt. They look like a gauze pad on the inside. Just toss it and order the one I mention, or...at the absolute least, use one of the ones the pump comes with. But they are small.
Thank you for your help. I ordered the kit off Amazon. We are in Canada close to niagara Falls the dealer Clair’s wants $589 and it will take a month to get it. I ordered off Amazon $179
Going to try this. I got an 06 that ran rough, and whatever I did, it got worse. Spark plug, ignition coil, timing, and after replacing the generator it didn't even have spark.
Thank you! You just described my current journey down the poor start/stall rabbit hole. Tried everything to fix it... I will try your solution. Thanks again.
@@Mr85GT also if you are having issues with the King Quad I can give some advice as well. Do to other issues coming up later on I don't think the issue was the fuel pump... Anyway I will give you as much info as I have gathered and researched and you can do with it what you will.
increase in pressure from a high performance fuel pump shouldn't effect the flow or rich/lean condition. The fuel pump assembly or housing has a small fuel pressure regulator installed on the side that adjusts the fuel output pressure that hits your injector. These pumps can put out 90psi or more while the operating pressure of the ATVs fuel system is between 40-60 give or take. If replacing the pump fixed the issue then the pump was failing and just couldn't feed the fuel fast enough. Excellent vid though. Great job.
Guess I could have worded it a little better, but that internal regulator is setup for factory psi. I'm willing to bet the quantum pump overpowers it to a degree. The kaw injector dies have a lower flow rate. If anything it still runs a tad rich vs stock. IMO
@@johnnymac3079 The reg should adjust and keep up no matter which pump is supplying the fuel because its spring pressure coupled with fuel pressure. Unless its worn and cant keep up?? The ecu is going to adjust the injector according to the info that sensors send so i wonder if the richness happens because the ecu doesn't adjust for the Kaws rate of injection?
I believe you are not taking into account that the return orifice is only so big, and increased flow at some point can, and will, overflow the capacity of the return orifice. Also discounting that injector flow rates vary from one model injector to another. These quads do not have oxygen sensors. They are also MAP, not MAF. The factory ecu can only adjust so much, and it's only based on map. Not unburnt oxygen.I found several reports of the quantum pump running richer than stock, and this kawasaki injector running leaner than stock. Verified with auxillary wideband sensors. I am respectfully sticking to my opinion.
@@johnnymac3079 I would be interested in putting a pressure gauge before the injector to see what happens with the pressure. See if it ever climbs above factory specs.
Thank you. Great video. Still not clear on what must be removed to replace just the fuel injector (dont need to replace the fuel pump or filter) Can that be done just by removing the side panel?
Yes, you can pop off the right side plastics, and then there are I believe 2 bolts holding on the fuel rail (that captures the injector into the manifold. Little tricky to get to the bolts. But once that fuel rail is loose, the injector just unplugs and pops out.
Great video.... I have the exact same problem you were having and bought the parts you suggested....so far so good on the install. I do have a question on the filter sock from rock auto. Do you by chance have any pictures of your install primarily on the filter sock mine is a bit big, can I bend the corners of the filter to fit it in. Thank you again for the great video.
It is a bit if a squeeze in there. I did curl the edges a bit, but was sure not to kink anywhere up by where it attaches, or have it stick up and hit the float for the gauge. All well for 500 ish miles
Ok update I changed the injector and fuel pump still didn't run kept dying 🙃 2015 suzuki 750 axi turns out it was the flip , angle, sensor kept killing it so I took the sensor apart and glued the weight that tells its position into place so it would stay showing the bike on a level surface and it now runs beautifully 😍 😀
I have a 2008 King Quad 750 AXI and it starts pretty good and I’ve had some instances where it dies when I’m plowing and go to shift into reverse but it always starts right back up. I always thought it was from high throttle pushing to idle so quickly. I don’t ride mine hard as a lot of you guys do just mostly easy riding and for ice fishing. It’s only got 110 hrs on it but might need that gas filter screen thing. What plug would you folks recommend for my style of use ? Great video !
That's pretty low hours for a dirty filter sock, but anything is possible. You may want to start with unplugging the infamous bad ground under the seat, then maybe the ground mod, and then lastly...the sock/filter. Since it's the hardest. Just a friendly tip. Could also try cleaning the injector first, check air filter, spark plug. Its not ALWAYS the filter sock, buy was for me.
mines unfortunately the opposite. Adding grounds helped a ton on mine. Was charging at like 13volts, now its 14.4. But after warming up is when mine has idle issues and for it to start back have to pull the airbox off and choke it with your hand.... PO said it had a yamaha injector in it sooo maybe thats junk, seems lean at idle tho but really rich wot. I have bought the the kawi injector but havent purchased the fuel pump yet. Gonna try just the injector first.
Injector didnt fix it. Still the same issue. Got fed up with the fuel injection and stuck a Suzuki Quadmaster 500 ebay carb on it with some 45 pvc coupler and rubber couplers. The carb didnt fit my friends 500 properly as the throttle cable section was threaded. I cut a slit in it with an angle grinder, slid the throttle cable in, hooked right up and screwed in. Used a random choke piece from a dirt bike carb. Ran great for a little while but still seemed to have issues random losses of power then other times it would run compeltely mint. Used the vacuum port on the 500 carb to run a vacuum operated fuel pump from a polaris to the factory tank. Pulled the pump out and shoved some clear hose in. Ended up with a near oem look except the air box deal. Right now just have a cone filter shoved on it. After riding it like this for a few days it started acting the same as it did with the fuel injection. Hard starts, back firing through the carb and even blowing the carb completely off a few times... So now I believe I have either some sort of timing issue either phyiscally chain/cam wise or ignition wise or valve clearance issue or other engine internal issue. Im about to just tear all the electronics off and start fresh with all custom stuff to fully get rid of the pcm controlling even the ignition. I found a bayou 400 high performance cdi box cheap that im probably going to toss on it when I go custom with everything.
@@DillonTurner395 This is what my 750 Did, would run ok cold but once warm, would not start or idle. Ended up being valves were too tight. i measured and ordered larger spacers and now it never stalls. I would put the injector back on and get the valves adjusted...
So i have the exact same issue on my 09 king quad 750 the only difference is i actually get the red FI light when the issue occurs. Seems like I should just replace exactly what you replaced and try it out.
Thank you so much for this video! I just TH-camd the issues and found your video. I have the exact model you have. Do you have the part #s and links to them pinned in your comments?
Glad the video helped! You can just Google the pn's and buy them from wherever is cheapest. Amazon is usually the safest bet. Sometimes rock auto. I also keep a battery tender on it just to be safe
Hello there , and thank's for a great video . I have a King Quad 750 , 2009 . I checked amazon for that kawa injector you mentioned , but I couldn't find it there . Is there any other injector I can use ?
i had the same problem this winter and left the quad in the wood for 4 months and in the spring it start well whitout anymore issue looking to fix it same if it is ok now
Any more problems with the stalling on your king quad 750 since you changed the fuel pump and injector? Or does it seem like that has remedied your issue completely?
Great, thanks for the quick response. My friend just bought a used 2015 with only 30 miles on it and it is doing exactly what you described with yours but he hasn’t really had a chance to ride to see if there are any other issues that people are describing. I may wait for a longer ride to see if any of the other issues come up before i make the decision on where to start.
@davidscovern3009 with that few miles, I'm not sure if the fuel could have that much dirt in it.... may be as simple as low /dying battery? Good luck!@
Is this still working well for you? I did this same thing and it worked for about a month and now is just flooding my quad and it start from cold just fine and run for about 5-10 minutes then just die from over fueling.i am getting about 46psi in fuel pressure which is a bit more than what you are supposed to get, but not too much. Curious if possibly the 12 holes are letting in too much fuel? I have a replacement injector I am going to try tonight, but curious if you have already dealt with this or not.
Mine is still running just fine. Did you replace the regulator in the pump assembly? That's the only thing I didn't do, that I would have if I did it again.
Any videos of the vacuum? I had vacuum leak that caused my kingquad to idle shitty and got it gutless until I had it fixed and now it’s back to the same issue
Hey Jonny. Thanks for the info. I had the random stalling when changing gears and into 4wd.I installed the fuel pump, strainer and injector. Same part numbers you provided. It now idles very low and stalls when there is no throttle input. Any ideas please and thank you
Hey buddy, sorry that the tips didn't fix the issue. I would look for a voltage drop if it does it when something electrical is actuated like the 4wd. I had replaced batteries, and done the ground mod before I made my video, and they didn't help at all. Short of that...maybe ecu? Which I'm sure isn't cheap to replace. Good luck. Let me know if u find the issue
Hey man, I’m having the same issues with my king. It’s a 2005 700. I was wondering if you could help me find the 3 parts you have listed but for a 700. I’m not the best at this stuff lol. Thanks !
My 750 has similar problem but will drag the starter to almost locking up. I put new Battery , solenoid and spark plug It got to the point ran and quit then would not but barely turn over and the pull rope tried tearing my hand and fingers off, If I pull rope and hit the starter it turnes over, plan to try injector and pump as well. Thanks? How ever I may have a compression release spring problem ? I have a local quad repair man close by that has done the delete inside the valve area and thinks that's the problem . Do you still have the 750 and is that fix still working. Thanks again.
Hey, I still have the 750. Runs great. My one concession i have made is just keeping a battery tender on it. Many of these have a slow draw over time. My injector and pump did fix the stalling issue, and poor starting. For what it's worth, my hand rope also pulls really hard. I think that's just a big bore single piston deal. I did throw a starter at mine. Didn't seem to change much, but was a cheap thing to try.
I replaced the fuel pump 2 years ago due to these problems, now here we are June of 2021, back to the same problems. I bought the Suzuki OEM fuel pump canister for around 2 bills, now you are suggesting I need to replace it again?
I don't know how or where you ride it, but I would guess the filter sock clogged, opposed to a bad oem pump that's only 2 years old. Maybe you have one of the other issues going on like battery voltage, or plug. Good luck.
@@haydencarling9463 Haven't replaced the fuel pump. OEM ones are over $300, I don't trust those cheap China ones off eBay, I don't want to go for A ride and get stranded. I don't know who would make A good aftermarket pump.
I installed the fuel pump with the regulator and the EAT287 injector. Fourwheeler runs fine when riding but when you stop it has an extremely low idle and will stall. It will start right back up. Was thinking about putting the stock injector back in and trying that. Just wanted to get your opinion on what you think is the problem?
You can try the stock injector. It will probably run A tad richer with it. You can pull the plug and see if it's running rich or lean. That's where I would start.
O5 ,700 king quad when it starts it doesn't have fast idle it idles really slow, another the . Speedometer doesn't work either what might be the problem
In my automotive experience, ignition components are notorious for cutting out when hot. I would guess ignition coil. Or could be a weakening fuel pump that loses pressure as it gets hot.
So I just bought a 07 700. The guy said the person he bought it off of said it needs the valves done because it will start but doesn't have the power to move..same issue you think?
Hard telling. Some guys beat these relentlessly. If it sucked water or dirt, it may in fact need valves. You can check compression with a rented autozone leak down checker however, and know for sure before tearing it apart.
I have a 2005 King Quad 700 it will start the first Pole on the pull cord you can crank and Crank That engine won't start from the key what might be the problem
I would start with verifying it's getting spark while cranking with the starter. Sounds like it's not firing the plug, or coil, unless you manually yank it.
So I just replaced the fuel pump in my 05 kingquad 700. I was having the same issues. Occasional backfire and randomly shutting off. I put a kemso fuel pump that runs 43 psi. Now my machine will not idle at all. It will run down the road without backfiring, put it won't idle... any suggestions???
Hi i need help with my 2017 king quad 750 has the same problem but when you start it it will die it wont keep running it'll probably die after like 20 30 seconds of being started and when you hit the gass it the same we replaced the fuel filter and the sock but nothing we added a ground wire and still nothing any options?
Is this still a problem on the 2023 750’s? I’m really close to pulling the trigger on one, the dealer near me is selling them for 2,000 dollars less than MSRP.
@@johnnymac3079I winded up getting one a week after this comment lol. I absolutely love everything about it. It’s very fast for a utility atv and it’s very comfortable. My only complaint is probably the noisy CVT rollers when under load, almost sounds like engine knock, and the exhaust will have a slight chirping noise when cold at the end of rev’s. Other than that I love it.
I have a problem after trying this solution. First I replaced the fuel injector and test ran it for a few seconds and it was fine. Then I replaced the fuel pump and now it doesn't want to start. It turns over a few times then pops, turn over a few times then pop. I think I've got an air leak in a fuel line but would like a second opinion.
My 750 wont start with weak battery IF the airfilter is full of dirt. As a emergency start, you can remove the airfilter and it starts with really low battery
I purchased the same pump. just wondering how or what you did to get the filter to attach with the new pump. @@chasem4491 that's awesome. Keep in mind in cold weather the ecu will always richen it up a bit. The plug won't change the mixture, but there are two ngk plug numbers that are pretty cheap. It may just want a new one. I put the hotter plug part number in mine

@@nCourtLLC Interesting. I seem to have a demon in mine.
I changed the fuel pump recommended in the video (but not the injector) it ran well on idle for 5 min and then died when I tried riding it…won’t start at all now
@@AlexKazakovaxkazakov definitely wanna change the injector.
Itp lites and epi trail spring...72 mph. Thanks for the video bc the stall is extremely annoying, will do!!!
Did a spark plug I assume? Air filter not clogged? You did the strainer and pump correct? Just not the injector yet?
@@johnnymac3079 correct
My exact problem with 07 700. Replaced my spark plug and fuel filter sock, but didnt do the pump while i was in there. Dumb. Next up, fuel pump and injector. Thanks
Only other thing I would have done different is to buy the quantum pump that also comes with the new regulator. This seems to run just a tad rich at startup then cleans right up. Still very happy. Ride for 3 hours yesterday. No issues at all.
Thanks a bunch. Sorry you had to spend that kind of money, but you have helped a ton of people.
Thanks! That's the idea!
@@johnnymac3079 Again glad you made this video. Your the only one
Lots of great intel, thanks for the upload! This definitely gave me clarification on what I need to do.
Exactly my issue. Great stuff.
I have a 2014 and have been experiencing the stalling issue. Different from you, no issues with throttle, just slow down and she would stall. Tried the voltage regulator mod and it seems to have worked for me (so far). If anything creeps up I'm taking your path next. Great video!!
The voltage regulator ground mod didn't get me much of anything. Hopefully it fixed you up and you won't have to tear into the fuel pump!
@@johnnymac3079 I didn't experience the issue with the throttle but if it does appear the fuel pump is next.
Hey bud did that regulator mod worked out for u? I have the same problems with my quad

Thanx mr mac..same problem i'm having with my 2005 king quad 700..gonna order the parts and give it a go..
Hope it helps! Only thing I would do different is buy the pump with the regulator.
increase in pressure from a high performance fuel pump shouldn't effect the flow or rich/lean condition.
@@johnnymac3079 Do you have an exhaust gas analyzer on hand?
Do you happen to know the size, threads of those screws? Id like to pick up little bolts ahead of time. Thank you.
@@moviemaker39100 not sure what you mean? I think they were 10mm bolts that hold the rail on. The side panels are held on by push poppers.

What is an iac sensor or hookup that you were talking about when explaining taking the gas tank off? Thanks for your time
Ok update I changed the injector and fuel pump still didn't run kept dying 🙃 2015 suzuki 750 axi turns out it was the flip , angle, sensor kept killing it so I took the sensor apart and glued the weight that tells its position into place so it would stay showing the bike on a level surface and it now runs beautifully 😍 😀
Wow, that's a new one! Thanks for the info!!!
I would put the injector back on and get the valves adjusted...

wow i have the the same problem with my 2006... going back to talk to dealer about this..
Probably more than likely the sock. They literally turn brown.
Any more problems with the stalling on your king quad 750 since you changed the fuel pump and injector? Or does it seem like that has remedied your issue completely?
100% fixed. Zero stalling issues since.

Good luck!@

Whats the possible cause of atv suzuki 450, fault on indicator of ignition system, and no current at high tension wire
Never pulled a vac reading. Sorry.
I installed that exact fuel pump and I can hear it kick on to prime the bike but it doesn’t actually move the gas

Good luck.
THANK YOU !!!!
Good luck.
Just replace the 8 hole fuel injector with a 12 hole injector and that will fix the problem.
Humm, wonder if this will work on my 07 King Quad 450? Of course the injsctor and pump will have different part numbers I'm sure.
I have the same hard start, cold start issue, you replace the pump in yours?
Looking at a 2019 KQ. Have you heard of any of those issues with that model year?
I don't believe so. Mine is almost 10 years older than that. They went to a newer design engine with 2 spark plugs at some point.

Mine only is hard to start when its cold and hasn't been started in a minute. After that it's good.
Mine does this when it warms up. When it's cold out it fires up. But once it's warm it won't cut back on. Any advice?

Spark plug, coil, plug wire, injector? Check all those? Iac valve making loud noises?

Other than that I love it.
I have a problem after trying this solution. First I replaced the fuel injector and test ran it for a few seconds and it was fine. Then I replaced the fuel pump and now it doesn't want to start. It turns over a few times then pops, turn over a few times then pop. I think I've got an air leak in a fuel line but would like a second opinion.

Does anybody have any ideas, my would start up but if it get hot it just die and it becomes very hard to start it up, if you let it seat for awhile it start right back up. Greatly appreciated if anybody have any ideas
Is the idle just too low?

@@ColbyShepler lol its my wife's baby and she only weighs 110 wet. doesn't move down at all when she gets on it. lol
@@mohaverider8582 lolll, I suppose you could cut a few coils out of the rear shocks to lower it a bit
@@ColbyShepler been wondering if I can just change the springs on shocks for some that are 1 or 2 inches shorter.

I have Suzuki King Quad 750axi 2022 and I have the same problem. Now I have used 900 dollars to the mechanics, they can’t still solve the problem.
I'll probably just offload this piece of shit and buy a honda. That's what I should have done in the first place.
@@namewitheld can't argue with you that they shouldn't have the flaws from the factory.
