    Ehersisyo lng at maraming tubig, madedrain ng tubig lhat yan sa katawan ng tao, pwd ka nmn kumain nun bsta moderate lng, ano pa kkaini natin kung lhat bawal, lhat nmn ng sobra masama 😄😆😀
