I have the 2004 version of that car. Did a muffler delete and sounds so good man. The only problem I have is when I’m going to try and do work on the car, I can’t find any videos or anything
theres a really good timing belt one if you ever need to do that! l did my water pump and timing belt with no problems, just a super annoying job to do in general

Honda and Acura v6s sound great. I had a 2001 Acura CL type S for 19 years and used several different exhaust setups and all sounded nice.
I had my cls for two years and unfortunately an old man hit me in November. I had it straight pipe from resonator back

very quick, I deleted my egr valve and its a noticble difference in low end. Atleast my butt dyno tells me that.

Sounds good, but imo the tips are waaay too big. Especially when you can see the 2.5 pipe coming into them from the back. Just personal preference, but good sound for a stock v6

I had an 03 v6 6 speed complete straight piped had the first cat cut off with 2.5” to a 3” Y pipe to 4” tips and that was the best sounding car I ever had wish I still have it

Interesting the difference in sound to the 2006 V6 speed sedan also on this channel given the same setup, all i can see different are the tips. While true this is a J30A4 and the 06 is a J30A5, I wouldnt imagine them sounding different.
I have the same car, 6-6 but no cats, j pipe and straight piped and sounds great. After I put the 3.7 intake with short Ram it really opened up

@@james_schneiderwind honestly I made one out of 3” schedule 40 pipe frone Home Depot. And the air that traveled to it came from a 3” hole I cut in bumper that went to the filter for short Ram . I used 2 rubber 90° 3” couplers and pvc to the filter under hood. With the straight pipe exhaust and no cats it sounded pretty good for a 6 cylinder
Had an 07 accord exl v6 with that exact set up besides my tips were black and longer one of my most fav cars ive owned put some STI's and golfs to shame too bad someone cut me off in it last winter 😢

I have a plm J-pipe and magnaflow catback 2.5 exhaust. next is either precat delete (resulting in 0/3) cats with that catback. orrrrr pay extra for High flow pre cats.. hmmm.... 3.0 6 speeeeed accord 2007.

V6 240hp stock rips i got a red one exl coupe but weakest point is auto transmission
i would put 1 resonator on it just to tone it down a little and cut back on drone at hirer rpms
Actually J series from Honda sounds so close to gtr only minus the turbo

Inline 4s buzz and scream like mosquitoes. Good if you like screaming sounds of F1 or inline4 bikes. I don't like those sounds. It is heavy bass sound of Vs, for me. V6 or V8.
