I wish I never sold my 04 6 speed V6 coupe. That car was great at everything. Incredibly comfortable, quick, fuel efficient, reliable.... never straight piped it! Add that to the regrets !
For sure brother they are indeed indestructible Had mines since 16 bro now 20 it has over 230K miles 🔥
Got this exact car it’s amazing
3 inch catback is the way to go, then upgraded J pipe and HFPC or cat delete. I dyno tested the larger exhaust idea on my TL which had the J32a3, which picked up power across the whole rev range despite a bunch of idiots on facebook saying "Youll lose backpressure bro" and other ridiculous car bro logic being thrown at me. The dyno results determined that was bullshit, and there's also other videos on youtube supporting the idea that one does NOT need backpressure. What you want is good exhaust flow/scavenging, not air flowing BACKWARD from increased restriction. The dyno videos are on my channel, in the car playlist. I proved so many car bro myths wrong that it wasn't even funny. It was HILARIOUS.
Idk bro when I straight piped my D16z6 Civic it for sure lost power. I didn't notice it until I put a Magnaflow Magnapack on and my butt-dyno felt a very noticeable difference.
@@howieewalt1322 you lost torque. If you replaced all the pipe on your car with a bigger pipe that is not optimal for airflow, then you would have lost power.
I had a 2006 V6 6-speed Accord Coupe. Hurricane Ida destroyed it. Thanks for the memories. #2 muffler delete sounded the best...just enough extra volume without being over the top.
Wow. Never thought I'd see the day you'd have a video dedicated to my beloved 03 Accord V6 Coupe HFP. I had mine 2.5" straight pipe from the headers-back. Secondary Cat Delete, single exit on the passenger side. Car sounded like an absolute race car, it was perfect.
The single exit goes hard
I'd like either a V6 accord or a V6 Acura as my next vehicle. I LOVE J series exhaust notes.
I have an '06 Accord V6 and it's an absolute treat to drive. I bought it for 5k off some old dude who baby'd it. Find one if you can.
Definitely get one in manual it will last you longer
I just got a 3 inch straight pipe on my 03 and it sounds amazing.
Nice work on all! 😎👊🏻🔨 They all sound okay.
I agree.
I have a 04 no resonators or mufflers and true dual exhaust all the way back 2" into 2.5" pipeing but i want to make it deeper do you know what could make it deeper without going down in piping ? ( I plan on turbo charging )
Dynomax sounded the best
#3 is exactly how the one I had in high school was. Very nostalgic to me, but at my ripe age of 23 I'd have to put at least a magnapack in the middle.
Same wheels too
Should do one of these with a carven tr
How much did number 3 cost to have done
I hv a 2004 got do this to it
The 2nd and 3rd car sound really clean, would sound perfect with burble tune💥💥
Yes just minus the burble tune.
Every bmw 335i has that 😂😂
I’m thinking of doing the last one but I only have an 03 4cyl do you think it’d sound similar? (New to the car community I’m still learning 😂)
If you have a k series it will be more high pitch
Wait wait wait. Do I get to say it this time? "SoUnDs LIkE A HoNdA!!!!111!!!11!!"
But seriously, the muffler delete was my least favorite of the 3. Dynomax was my fav, follow by straight pipe.
Don’t hate me but it’s the Only good sounding Honda imo
Dynomax race bullets wins from me
Aint those j32 not j30?
The V6 accords from that generation got the 3.0 until I think 2010 when they switched to a 3.5 v6. The Acura TL and CL got the 3.2 though
This generation lasted from 2003 to 2007, not 2002 and 2008. 😂
All 3 setups are far from the best sounding on the 7th gen v6
You forgot #4!........STOCK!!!!! Leave it alone - it will NEVER sound good!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This dude literally comes into every non-V8 video and says "SOUNDS LIKE TRASH LMAAAAOOOOO!" Why do you even bother clicking on the videos.
@@Maljey Because I PRAY one day, ONE DAY I'll finally hear one that sounds decent! Still clicking!....
@@MidwestMotorthe best exhaust for 4 cylinders and v6s are the ones you can't hear haha. Honestly these don't sound that bad, I expected them to sound horrible.
@@christophermix6845Honda for sure knows how to make a decent sounding V6
@@MidwestMotoryou mad glazing rn bro
All these systems were garbage. Sorry 😂
