I often see Audis, Mercedes and Land Rovers parked beside my CX 5 Grand Touring Reserve (2.5 turbo model) when I return to it. Maybe it's "just me" but I think it's the folded rear view mirrors telling them this is an upscale car and is "safe" to park beside.
I like how the silver trim makes the car look like it’s lower to the ground without actually impacting ground clearance - very cool. Man I wish we had this option available in the US - they all look poverty-spec in comparison 😂
I don’t know why, but this transforms the CX-5. Looks more premium.

haha I fitted one of those body kits at work.. same as that one too on the same new model cx5, not too hard to fit just takes a while as was my first time and wanted it to be perfect...

Y’all need to do a video showing how to install the fog lights in a Mazda CX-5!! That’s the only thing our Touring model is missing. The BOSE system in these SUVs are unbelievable
If you Google search it, there is a PDF instruction set from Mazda that shows how to install the fog lights. All the wiring is actually already there, you basically need the fog lights (sold as a whole kit from Mazda) and the new Light Switch Stalk, which is sold separately. Everything is plug and play though. My family ended up getting the GT, but when looking at the Touring I was considering buying the fog lights separately to install

"Skycruise"?? Is this like "Skyactive"? Don't particularly like the front chin metallic strip. It detracts from the purity of the outstanding front design. The other add-ons are OK but the only one I'm buying is the last piece, the rear top bumper protection AND stainless steel door sill plates.
Since I live in the Las Vegas Valley I had clear protective film installed on my CX 5 GT Reserve entire front hood, entire front fascia, headlights and 1/4 or the front fenders to protect from flying debris. ($1,200.) Pickup trucks in Nevada are not required to have mud flaps and they routinely throw rocks up. Also I installed a K&N air filter for better air intake to help feed the turbo engine.
BTW, adding 4 gallons of 100 octane racing gas to our 91 octane "premium" gas every time I fill up gives me at least another 5 horsepower. I can definitely feel the difference!

Thanks for the video! I just saw the rims on the car and they are totally different than the stock version and they are not stated on the accessories brochure as well. Can you give specifics about those rims?
They are from Mazda, part 7j x19 ET 45 design 68, chrome shadow 275 € inclusive taxes, each rim off course :-)

Miatafun looks like the rims is from previous gen CX-5 with grey color, but better than the new one👍🏻

You could get the parts ordered online from Mazda itself but I’m sure they definitely sell these trims out here in the states.
@@JonhMunoz1 the only parts sold in the states are the ambient footwell LED kit and the rear bumper silver piece. The lip kit seems to be a Europe only option (much like Honda did with their global platforms, they had market specific accessories. I struggle with that for my TSX since Japan got a bunch of accessories we never got in the US)

looks like little too tacky with all that chrome now. i found the cx5 had the perfect amount of chrome without these pieces. I do like how the trim pieces are larger, looks more aggressive. definitely would like it without the chrome lines.

Monarch if you haven’t already figured out you probably have the highest trim model and the clear cover is the radar you can smoke it but can’t make it like a normal logo
Yes I have the GT. I don't want to paint the clear cover I want to remove the clear cover so I can get to the chrome M logo and paint that, then put the clear cover back on.

No, because there is no cx-9 available here in Europe so the design center in Germany did not make any for the cx-9

They show the ambient lighting and Mazda logo kits, but don't show installation. If you look online though there are PDFs on how to install every accessory from Mazda
