Liked the video and the deconstruction of wallets. I think it gives people the opportunity of learning new construction techniques, because there always a new way of solving problems.
Very cool video. I own several Bellroy products. Even this Apex Slim [in black]. All of my Bellroy products hold up very very well. Amazing company that make amazing [maybe too expensive] goods, but worth it IMO.

Really great video. Is the leather actually any good? I've been trying to find info online but all Bellroy says is that the leather is ethically sourced from gold-rated tanneries. Would be interesting to hear a leatherworker's opinion since I have a few of their leather goods.
Not sure how the non stitched wallets would hold up. But I’ve had my hide and seek wallet for 7 years now. Could probably get another year to 2 out of it before the leather is really trashed
The one on my zip wallet surely demagnetized some of my cards! Bellroy says their engineers assured them the magnets weren’t strong enough. Well, maybe they should have research the market and realized that Japan still uses a bunch of magnetic strip cards

I agree. I think they would have to do something with the edges to make it look better. I was thinking rounding further and painting a uniform color.

With how strong glues have gotten, I don't doubt it could be better than stitched wallets.
The magnet might erase the info on the magnetic strip of the cards.

What a horrible looking wallet... Who would pay that much for one? Just looked at their site, their stitched wallets are a lot nicer.
I think it would take a new style to make the stitchless design look "right". When people see this it looks awkward.
