I live in Italy, where you’re generally forced to use a lot of coins: my Note Sleeve is able to face even this circumstance. I mean, it’s not the ideal wallet for the ones who need to carry tens of coins, but I have to admit that it manages the whole coins-affaire in an admirable way. Generally, I still love it and I don’t regret the day I bought it. Such a well crafted and comfortable wallet… Big up for Bellroy.
This wallet has been with me on my travels. As most counties in Asia are mainly cash only, I chose this wallet over the one’s designed more towards cards

I've been carrying the new Bellroy Note Sleeve WOVEN in charcoal for a week now. Love it. They nailed it with the recycled materials they are using. Feels very premium. Feels great in hand. Don't miss the leather at all. Great reviews. Keep it up.

Just a warning here, I got the Notesleeve a few weeks ago. Perhaps it’s because I live in Singapore where it’s always humid, but the leather on my wallet immediately wrinkled and crumpled into this absolute mess after 3 uses in my front pocket. If you’re someone who sweats a lot/live in a warmer country, please do not get it.

I have the travel wallet and the pocket card. I have noticed that bellroy products seem to scuff and leave marks very easily. Must be due to the thin leather? Anyway after much deliberation and research I have decided to press ahead and order the note sleeve (black)
Yes, the leather does seem to scuff easily, but that could be said with most quality leather. Although it is split fairly thin. Overall, Bellroy products though, are very functional and well designed.

I was in Japan only last week. I used the Bellroy Pocket Card mostly for the coins. It worked very well. The only problem was I had to triple fold the bank notes. The Yen bank notes are so crisp and flat I felt very bad having to fold them lol. I put 2-3 cards on the right hand slot along woth receipts, the triple folded bank notes in the middle section and the coins to the left hand pocket. It worked fine, but no more than 7-8 bank notes of they start to get caught in the zip.
The answer to both your questions is yes 👍🏼 the wallet is not that wide and would fit in a suit jacket pocket but then again, depends on the jacket. The coin area of the wallet is pretty big for what it is, you can also fit 2 cards in it if you don't want to use it for coins or keys, that'll give you some idea of the size. Hope this helps 👍🏼
I prefer the Jaimie Jacobs SlimStar with a small coin slot, which has the same design on the note sleeve but smaller and fit 11 card, being slimmer!The leather is better being Full Grain Veg Tanned Leather Italian and not Top Grain, and has a 10-year warranty if purchased on the site and not 3!!! Not to mention that it's sexy and more stylish (at least the black one)! Thank you
Hey! I just tested it right now with the wallet, and yes it fits up to 2 cards! Didn't think of using that pocket like that but it works. The tab helps cover the cards if you would like for those cards not to show. Hope this helped! 👍🏼

The leather on these is flimsy, as is the overall QC. Both that were mailed to me came with scratches, stains, and creases. Lip on bottom was peeling off on both.
Hey! I’ve been using a Bellroy Note Sleeve for almost one year. You can put it in your jeans front pocket with no problems. Personally, I always keep it in my front pocket. Of course, if the wallet is overloaded, you could have some troubles. But this happens with every wallet, so it’s not that weird. Hope these words will help you!
I just bought it, and I'm not entirely happy with the pull tab. It's messy, and the cards come out from one corner but get stuck in the other. Not easy to use. Maybe it'll break in. Or not. Who knows
I had one of these but an older model. It is falling to pieces and does not have any built in strength or robustness. I paid around 95€ for it. Just not worth it. Stitching came undone, corners wore out after while. Not for me in my lifetime I'm afraid.

Mine lasted less than 3 years before the leather failed at the bottom of the folding area where the outer leather folds in under the inner leather. Holes showed up there and it tore the outer leather upwards. For $90 I feel like it should've lasted quite a bit longer. I enjoyed it as a wallet, but the durability is definitely suspect. Will not be buying another one. Caveat Emptor!
I’ve had mine for 7 years and still looks great. I only replaced it to get one with RFID blocking. Maybe you got a defective one? I would take mine to go rock climbing and in bike rides so I wasn’t exactly kind to it either.

Their reply was "thank you for the suggestion, we will pass this on to the designers". I replied that that was not a suggestion, but rather a question whose answer would determine if I buy another one of these wallets. The support person again replied to thank me for making a suggestion, and that they often incorporate suggestions into designs. I took that as "no, we haven't changed a thing". At no point did they suggest that it was a defective wallet. 🤷♂
Agreed, it may be veg tanned but if it is it’s heavily processed. I think the leather durability is weaker overall and the only thing I can attribute it to is over processing.,

They've moved the production from just leather to an RFID version. Unfortunate, but the features, size and everything else has stayed the same.
