Happy New year Rachel, Kerwin and Boo. Thank you for this 7 day challenge, didn't manage it live as enjoying the sunshine this morning walking on Hunstanton beach. I have been following your sessions and videos now since lock down, they really have helped me maintain my flexibility. I do have some back, knee and shoulder issues. As I approach 70 this year I really do feel the benefit from keeping up with my practice through your channel and look forward to what 2025 brings. Thank you as always, you are a 🌟🌟🤩

I enjoyed this slow moving classes concentrating on the smaller muscles which help the bigger muscles to hold .thank u I think I will keep repeating this class again.

I love the gentle mat workouts. I have serious neck issues from dystonia and intermediate mat Pilates is too rough for me. I do a lot of standing but don’t won’t to miss the benefit of mat. For me today was perfect. Thanks for all you do!
