You are a genius entrepreneur.
What does that mean “pull the trigger” “Going all in”? Making a website and and having a workpermit? The only way to make money in Phuket is OWNING real estate and rent it out. In your case you don’t own anything, so you will make a few thousand baht when you manage to rent someone else’s property out. However when rental problems occur, guests and owner of these properties will ring your doorbell. Phuket is saturated with real estate agents, the competition is enormous.
After my 15 years .... well nevermind , just never forget you will always be only a " Farang " nothing more i wish you all the best.
Full respect to you both. Thailand and every country would be far better off with foreigners like you investing and contributing to the county, economy and culture. Ultimate success to the 3 of you my friend.
Thailand is not interested in foreigners without bringing in a lot of money.

Pulling the trigger at the wrong time Songkran,low season,,are you basically just a agent taking a cut from the rental of othet people's properties??,when things go wrong do they ring you up or will it be ohh sorry i just rent them you need to get in touch eith the owner etc etc, so many so called real estate agents in Thailand, you got the likes of Air B#B, the good thing is not a lot of cost involved to be a agent,best of luck in a very overcrowded market ,

You clearly have no idea how it works here. The property market on Phuket island is saturated, hundreds of earl estate agents, fighting for a small piece of the cake.
the info of the Kata Sea View Sanctuary is not correct on the web site it say 3 Beds. in your viedeo it only 1 bed or dit i missing somtin

Any advice on getting a work permit? Married to a Thai as well. She has a company for her own business but I’d never risk my status working with her without a proper work permit. I do have a marriage visa.
