Didn’t feel like doing this yesterday so I did it this morning and I crushed it!!!! Not feeling to good physically but I still made it through and I was able to use the 3lb weights for Superman for the 1st time ever 😊. So proud of my accomplishments. Whew that was HARD.. normally I’m a big fan of Sydney’s 60 min workouts because I find them less challenging than her 30min. But 20 mins in and I felt like quitting. 45 mins and I was drenched in sweat. It was slip and slide time on my mat 😝😝.. I was able to push through and even did extra burpees at the end because they are now my favorite, eye roll 🙄. Lol. Working out with Sydney has totally changed my body and I’m able to do things I wasn’t able to or dreamed of doing before finding her. 🙏🏿🙏🏿
I felt super pumped on this Saturday afternoon. I had so much energy to give this. Plus if you can do twice, kudos to you , then I owe once my all. Small woman 5'4 total time 76 min. My peak heart 174 w 10 min in this zone. Average 144. Cal burn 709! Thankful Sunday is recovery day😉

Well, I really tried to crush this one. I’ve been out of my routine for almost two weeks; I haven’t been well and was diagnosed with ulcers earlier this week. I decided today I was getting back at it, and I must admit, I was a bit trepidatious when I saw today’s workout was 60 mins. I decided I would go ahead and start, and just listen to my body throughout. At minute 39, I started to feel light-headed and shake-y, so I decided I better stop. I’m going to try to finish the last 20 minutes later if I can. Thanks for another amazing workout, Sydney!
