John, hey hey good morning! Happy Monday to you man! I use a DSLR camera, no tripod, RODE microphone, and my wife and I just hand the camera back and forth :) Everything that a professionally amateur TH-cam video was designed to be!
Scott!!! Hey super cool man thank you for answering that question (Im curious for sure :), yeah noodles and noodle dishes would be a highlight :). super cool!
Hi Joel bro, how are you ? can I ask you something? for example , when you eat outside, I mean, on the street , the flies don't disturb you around ? because I'm surprise in this video you are eating outside and you dont have that kind of problem...
Piero man, first of all - of course! - of course you can ask me any questions. I make these videos to share love and good vibes, but secondly to share a real and honest view of normal life here in Thailand. It is HOT here in SE Asia, so yes there are bugs of all kinds, animals of many kinds, especially near food :) Most of them are harmless though, and so yes we get used to some of it but also there are ways that people learn over the many years how to stay healthy and keep food safe/keep the food fresh. Almost every dish of Thai-style food is fresh made, very rare to eat a dish that was made even half a day ahead, even a few hours ahead. Most food is made fresh, and so if you ask about flies its almost like the flies are coming for the first time to the table, the food has only been out for 60 seconds and so there is almost no chance of getting sick (and again, thats pretty much the same for all of "Thai Food," even most food that I know in all of SE Asia for that matter)
@@JoelsTastyRide I'm asking you because I came to live in Philippines but not in the capital (Manila), I came to live 2 hours far of that place (province Pampanga) and when I wanted to eat for example like a picnic 🧺, I got that problem so I can't eat anymore because I think flies is not clean like I learned in Lima. I know is not the same like Lima Peru, so I just prevent and maybe if I want to eat on the street, I have to try others places. I love the Filipino food really and yes, the food here is very fresh too. Thanks for your answer and sorry if I don't have good write ✍️ in English ☺️. God bless you and all the best ☝️🙏
