My favorite things to do with liver are to either fry it up with some beef tallow or lard or if I'm not planning on eating it for a meal I love to make liver jerky with just salt as the seasoning.
With liver, the main thing to watch out for is copper. I would argue that it’s better not to do things like freeze it so you don’t have to taste it; we have the tastes we do for a reason. If liver tastes great, there’s something in it you need at that time, and if you can’t stand the taste, you’re probably better off not eating it at that time. Remember that there is only one (around 32 oz, give or take 8 oz) liver in the entire cow, so having an ounce or two a day is far in excess of the proportion we would have had available while we were evolving, assuming humans even ate livers regularly.
I must say I am obsessed with eggs. They cut into how much red meat due to my calorie allotment. I could eat 4/5 eggs a day. I will try to cut out the whites. I love butter and tallow I love the carnivore way of eating. Every morning I crave the same things - eggs lamb rib eye and butter !!
I totally agree! I do my own kefir and sometimes I even make cheese with the kefir I made. I also do ghee with butter, it tastes delicious
