    If I want to start fishing in the Bay, what gear do I need? Lures, Live bait? Rod and Reel? I'm a total newbie.

      A medium heavy rod 7-9ft paired with a 5000 size reel will do you good, there’s a lot big boys out in the bay. You can never go wrong with frozen anchovies or squid! Soft plastics will work in certain places, just gotta find the honey holes!

    Waiting that long to release a fish isn’t the best way to treat a fish you intend to release. Good thing sharks are pretty hardy and can deal better than most. In the future you should try to release them faster.

    Nice job cuz ! Your so brave showing yourself on the internet lmao. There's no way in hell I would be able to do vlogs.

      It's the world we live in. It's normal around the world. Just need to be comfortable within yourself.

      @@yyyhj7895 yes yes indeed. But vlogs aren't exactly my thing, I am a artist so doing like drawing vids (speed paints) are more of my comfort. And rn i am working on a animatic. But yea you are totally right, but as for myself, ive always been a shy person. Thanks for the reply tho! 😁

    Loved that you catch and released those leopards. I’m sure that larger one gave you a good run. Haha nice bro!

      Hey its jonathan from bay area outdoors! You can use anchovy’s or squid either or but if i recall i think we used both as a combination but this leopard was caught on pileworms

    • @ironmonkey4o8
      @ironmonkey4o8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In Cali the size limit is 36" (3 ft) minimum and you can keep 3 max.
