Fun fact: the car that is shown going off the cliff is a Lancer Evo 8 during pikes peak, the driver and his co pilot walked away from the crash, the cage held up, so did the seats :) so now you know uncle Rich didn't show two people getting severly injured and/or dying 😅
They'll make it, no problem. It's just a matter of dropping in the engine, buttoning it up, and throwing the front clip back on. If they went at it in full thrash mode, they could finish it in a couple of days. Or like someone mentioned, it's already done and the videos are just being released over time.

You can ditch the clutch fluid reservoir by drilling and tapping the brake reservoir and simply sharing it between the two. That’s what I did on my TR6060 swapped Marauder a few years ago. I used a 1/4” IP X 1/4” barbed 90 pvc adapter. MUCH cleaner install and works great! Then you can relocate the window washer back to the stock location and clean up that whole corner.

motorcycles have sequential gearboxes, and initially I complained that my motorcycle does not display the gear, but after a while I realized you don't really need 'it so much, you pay attention to the road and go one gear up or down depending on the engine rpm / sound. The only reason for a display is to avoid the "ghost gear", shifting from 6th to the nonexistent 7th gear.
my bike is from 1998, and is so sparsely built it doesn't even have an RPM gauge.. but yea, once you get used to your vehicle you don't need a gear display anymore. You start to know exactly when to shift down or up, simply by the sound of the engine and/or your speed. It's quite interesting actually, especially when I drive my manual transmission car, and have to look down at the shifter to see what gear I'm in.
There is one good reason to put it in a car that I can think of, when you put it in reverse gear it would be nice to know. Specially if you did not intend too. I do not know how reverse works on Ice-T, but in any case it would be nice to know.

Ceramic coat the exhaust it helps a ton with heat, and then to be extra, get them wrapped in exhaust wrap. This will solve a majority of the problems with heat.

If you go through STI you can get a smaller diameter flush mount dampener for that engine. The Corvette ones were pretty darn flush. Even if you have to get a complete billet front drive set you can get them in pretty much any spec you want. Billet specialties can probably help you out with a whole front drive set
The Guy you have welding is doing a great job considering he has only done one exhaust job and is brand new to stuff 💡⚡️ You are quite the gentleman Rich for taking him on and adding him to the team. One book????

Hey Rich, there is a really CHEAP way to fix that bolt corrosion problem. Go purchase plumbers tape and run it a few times around each bolt, also it would be good to actually use it on ALL of your bolts, even those that you wouldn't think it would need it.
I'm fairly certain you can repair magnesium by tig welding it. I don't know if it would work for your application but there are people out there that do it.
