- i m on my 3 month.. i can walk perfectly but i need more rest.. i cannot run right now. doctor said it will take 6 month for fully recover.. i can ride my byke. but doc not suggested for that

That's really inspiring. Thanks for taping it. I had a cycle accident and broke my right tibia in half. Surgery was done successfully on 6 July 2021, with titanium rod and three screws. Currently just resting my leg and doing physio exercises. The recovery is more mental than physical exhaustion. I'm trying to keep up.

@@sjd1416 if you had a tibia break, then I'm not able to understand why the surgery is on Thursday?. There shouldn't be much delay after the bone break. The surgery must be done within 24 - 72 hours from the accident. It depends the on the severity of the bone break. Pain will be there for the initial 3-4 days. But it's bearable.

I broke my fibula and tibia. And I am now at 49 days. And I still walk with two crutches, an open wound measuring 6 x 6 cm on my ankle. But you give me the motivation to continue running now. because I learned a lot from that accident.

Had the same motorcycle accident last october 4 2019 that causes me broken tibia and fibula. Got a rod also in my tibia and nothing on my fibula. Now Im already in my normal life but with a metal in my leg. Its actually kinda normal until you submerged into the water you can feel that you have metal on your leg. I think 2019 is the year of Ian hahaha just kidding. stay strong brother. Godspeed

@@naveendanushka8147 its a two pov debate whether to remove or not to...
one may say having it in future would give extra strenghth to the bone in case a similar accident happens, other might say the nails and rod inside, if it breaks in a similar accident it would cause unbearable internal pain and the removal process might be tough causing post surgery pain too..
so it depends on you ...
I am onto the 2nd month (9 nails).. I plan on removing in future because I personally have this kind of discomfort thought of having something unusual on my leg...
if you want to go quick into running, try swimming after you are able to walk without the walker... your legs muscle might get strong quick and follow proper protein diet for those muscles and you can run easily
I had accident on 13/5/2021 at morning 8:30am. My right tibia got broken and doctor implanted tibia nail on my leg, now after 56 days, doctor said to walk normally
Are you able to walk brother without walker because same fracture for me also surgery was done 1/5/2021 from last fifteen days I have been walking with walker today is the 70day .

I got non displaced facture in my left tibia...and I have my synthetic cast on ...till thigh...its been 31 days and doctor said...after 45 days will remove the cast and apply another cast below the knee till ankle..and will guide me to walk..hope I recover soon...I'm mentally distressed thinking about all these things..🥺🥺🫂🫂

@@meenusharma5107 my plaster has been removed but doctor said the callus has not been formed in good quantity yet. Doctor asked me to take rest for 15 more days. I will go to the doctor after 15 days let's see what happens. I hope everything will be fine after 15 days. Then he will allow me to walk normally .

I'm in 2nd month after surgery just minor crack not broken they did a surgery in Saudi Arabia , if I was in India it can be cured in a plaster itself after sending the x-ray reports to Dr. In Chennai they said it can be easily have done, but no worries surgery drs here did perfectly so I dono how many days will take for me to walk
