I am a white South Afican woman, I inherited my mother's farm in 2015. My own worker a colored man tried to break into my home, knowing I was alone on the farm. I often wonder how he would have murdered me, he was caught the second time trying to get in. I couldn't lay charges as I feared he's family and friends would come and burn my home down, and come in hordes to kill me. I can't get justice for the attempt for my murder. The police can't protect me! It's terrible to live in this constant fear!

Forty or so years ago it would have been better for the white South Africans who built the country to divide, partition the country, rather than turn the whole place over to the blacks, many who came from the north after the whites came in the 17th century and ensuing centuries. Of course the white areas - e.g. The Cape, Western Cape and the white areas in the north would be prosperous regions years later today and the black area would have gone to pot, due to lack of much work ethic. A partitioned white area of South Africa would prosper and be like say West Germany was in comparison to the black partitioned area diminishing and deteriorating into say like East Germany was. We must also remember that Zimbabweans chased out all of their white farmers and their country went to the Toilet,So as a farmer who hires cheap labour what do you think is going to happen if you continue to exploit people who can't even be traced ?
