It's beautiful. Congratulations to all of the work men and women who accomplished this. All in just 5 years! Absolutely amazing what we can do. France should be proud.
It’s not just a church or cathedral it’s a masterpiece work of art and the many artisans and craftsman, who came from all around the world to be a part of saving this iconic masterpiece not just for France but for the world, are forever a part of history and are heroes! ❤ 🙏
THE most iconic monument and treasure of European and indeed world history. I forget it was 2019 when the fire occurred. Thank God the structure could be restored for another generation to enjoy. Peace be with those instrumental in saving it.
I would love to see Notre Dame again in my lifetime, it was beyond beautiful when I saw it in 2003... and felt like a miracle that I even got the chance to travel to France, which had been a dream since seeing a movie about the Louve when in 3rd grade. It was heartbreaking to see it in flames, thank you to all who have put their talents and skill into bringing it back from the ashes. Those stained glass windows are breathtakingly beautiful.
absolutely amazing, one thing to note is that most of the wood infrastructure was done with data before. Shows how important it is when information like that is available for reference. Imagine what we lost in the library of alexandria
All of the People who have tirelessly worked on restoring Notre Dame, should be Very Proud of themselves!!! And also to the First Responders who Bravely Served on that fateful day!!! You all did an Amazingly AWESOME Job!!! Thank You from this Very Grateful New Yorker!!! BRAVO!!! ♥️ ❤🪬🧿♥️⚜️♥️🍾🥂🍾♥️⚜️♥️🧿🪬♥️
Sitting on the exact spot where Napoleon was crowned... ironic, when the interview describes the historicity of the place but ignores what the historic space actually is.
No mention of the lovely "asylum seeker" who burnt it down. The fire destroyed priceless artifacts and paintings. All lost forever. Diversity is our greatest strength.
"Compagnons du devoir" : they are high level French artisans who basically travelled all around France as apprentices in their early teens to learn their craft at the hands of renowed masters all around the country. Some of them , the "crème de la crème", end up passing the "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" test and become titans in their fields. They're very highly estimated in France. Have a good day :)
The people who follow storybook characters and imaginary friends? It's a work of art but money could have been better spent did insurance pay at all? No one is saying

no, it has nothing to do with church or any fake looting burning and killing western "art" 😂

Incredible work and talented people. Congratulations to all involved.
Humans are awesome. Look what we can accomplish.
When we work together to build rather than destroy, in the name of culture and beauty
Just imagine if we treated Earth and each other with the care and urgency this amazing building received.
Congratulations to you French people, Notre Dame. Je't Aime mona mo
Notre Dame is being restored to it's former glory.
These people are heroes

I can feel the pride of the people speaking that restored this amazing cathedral, bravo to France for once again lifting her up from ruin.

Grate job for rebuilding the church
It looks so new. Like a set. 😮
Have Not Visited Since
The Fire 🔥
However from Films 🎥 know that the Restoration
Was done by Master
Craftsmen and Women.
Best of the Best 🏆
when i was there 38 years ago it looked dingy and now it is BEAUTIFUL !

One magnificent, wonderful, beautiful house of God, this Notredame Cathedral. May God bless this historic monument House of God.
Wonderful job! Hats off please people!!
God be praised and the workers and the experts be blessed.
Nice to mention Les Compagnons du Devoir...they were essential in the restoration process.
Sitting on the exact spot where Napoleon was crowned... ironic, when the interview describes the historicity of the place but ignores what the historic space actually is.
800 years of history....and you want them to explain it in a short 60 minute piece ?
Napoléon s'est couronné lui-même ! Le pape présent n'a pas eu à faire un geste
No mention of the lovely "asylum seeker" who burnt it down. The fire destroyed priceless artifacts and paintings. All lost forever. Diversity is our greatest strength.
Va t on enfin parler du décès du général des travaux ?
Companions?

See how Our Lady of Paris got lazy and stingy people to repair and restore her abode of 800years for her to stay for another 1000 years😂
Hope they are payed.
"companion" sounds like a glorified volunteer.
It kind of looks cartoonish now like the restored Sistine Chapel, but good work.

Because nobody cares. Just enjoy the World Heritage and Culture that this building represents, from one atheist to another
😂😂😂😂 😂😂🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥
