@@JukiJunkies Hello I live in Mauritius island what can I do to buy the juki 2010 I am a dress maker that sewing machine will helping me so much please help me I can have it in Mauritius so please what must I do Please thank you
Thank you!!!!! Your videos are making the process of owning a new TL-18 easier to get to the task at hand. Sewing! I do appreciate the male in the background asking you to repeat the step! lol again thanks for doing what you do.
watched other videos on threading and I must have tried for an hour last night- wasn't to frustrated because I read enough reviews to know it was going to take some time to get the "feeling " for it -your little comment at the end about the lighter following pressure on the thread tail was the difference for me! threaded first time!!!!
Linda from New Zealand, first time sitting at my Juki and had trouble with threading etc, video is great all sorted now and loving the TL2200QVP. The tention video also helped greatly. Thank you.
Well the presser foot down for threading vs up as in the manual instructions has sure sent some animosity my way! Jokingly told them to take it up with the Juki experts at JJ. Following this has worked for me for nearly two years, I'm sticking with Boki on this.
I was taught to always thread the machine with the presser feet up so the tension disks are not engaged. That allows the thread to seat fully between the tension disks while threading. Many tension issues are directly related to the thread not being fully seated between the tension disks during the threading process. Your suggestion to use the needle up/down button to find the correct needle position for the needle threader to work properly is excellent.
I misplaced the owners manual for my noew TL-2010Q and I needed to thread it. Being a TH-cam content creator I've learned to defer to TH-cam creators for help. And Help you did! I love you're channel but I love my Juku more! Di
I recently purchased the TL-2010Q from your shop. Do you have a video available showing how to change the needle and the needle options that can be used on this machine? Thank you!
Ugh… my thread keeps coming out of the needle… I have to retread needle almost every time… I’m using Aurifil #30 and using the 90/14 needle that came with my machine… I’m just doing patchwork for a quilt using good quality cotton fabric… any suggestions ??
How have you found FMQ on a TL series machine using invisible thread - MonoPoly or YLI Wonder invisible thread? In both the top and bobbin, and in the top only with 60 weight polyester in the bobbin? What needle would you recommend ? I have a love/disappointed relationship with my Juki TL2200 QVP Mini, because of tension issues when FMQ on a double size quilt. (Piecing tension is fantastic but then I am not using invisible thread!). At the time of my invisible thread trouble (2017/18) I took the machine multiple times to a sewing machine mechanic, with the end message being that it was the way I was using the machine. Please can you assist? I don't know whether to keep the machine or trade in on a different JUKI. I have been looking for a video on FMQ on your channel but can't find one.
I just purchased a Juki TL 2010. I wonder what brand and sizes of needles and threads to use with this machine. I’m sewing satin and chiffon scrunchies. And a cotton canvas bags 10lbs weight of fabric. Thanks for your help.
Hi Boki, not related but ... can you use defrix #1 on a Juki DNU 1541s? I recieved #2 with my machine. I have one of these Juki's too Love these jukis. You guys are great haven't used my needle threader in years
The automatic needle threaded option is still not clear. The camera focuses on your hand, not on the needle threaded. Maybe slower would help! I’ve tried this so many times and have never gotten it
Juki newby here and you’re talking & moving way too fast assuming we’re all familiar with this machine. I did get it accomplished but had to rewind several areas multiple times. Next time maybe know that there are grannies trying to follow along 😅
I hadn’t used my Juki in nearly two years and totally forgot how to thread it. Thank you! This was the best tutorial.
Glad it was helpful!
Amazing tutorial ❤️ Thank you 💕
I have had my machine for over 5 years, and I just successfully used the needle threader! Thank you Boki and Juki Junkies!
You are so welcome!

Thank you. Have a new one e and was just trying to thread it last night. So well explained and one can SEE what each part does, and what you’re doing.
Great video. I am a visual learner and this video was just what I needed. So excited to be a member of the Juki family
Welcome aboard!
Watch 4:08 thru 4:30 immediately prior to each automatic needle threading. Works for me.
Excellent camera work. ❤Thank you so much
Our pleasure!
THANK YOU JUKI JUNKIES..a simple thing "new to Juki" was driving me bunkers

Juki junkies. Preparing the machine for quilting

I'm glad it works for you! That's worked for me for some time as well, each person can decide what they feel like its best! :)

Wow! First time I ever got the threader to work! Maybe make a short with just part slowed down.

Hi Sister Chick 🐥 reach out to me via Jukijunkies.com. Let’s chat. Gigi
Teamwork! Nice tutorial.
Nice video. I did t know that the only pressure foot had to be down to see the tension. I have trouble with tension on mine.
Best video to help thread!!!
Great video. Now I can sew! Thanks
Happy to help!
thank you!!!!!!!!!!! love the tutorial
Thanks for watching :)
Super helpful! Thank you!
Great info thx
You’re a great teacher. I’m trying to decide on a tl2010 or a brother.
Thank you :) Give us a call with any questions and we’d love to help!
That's like trying to decide between a Cadillac and a Kia.
Can you please show more clearly where you wrap around the white part of the threader?
I recently purchased the TL-2010Q from your shop. Do you have a video available showing how to change the needle and the needle options that can be used on this machine? Thank you!
Can you tell me what out of box tensions should be, Gigi says don’t change them. I need to get them back.
But if i dont touch sub-tension knob my thread fall out from discs
Dónde están ubicados me interesa una máquina gracias
Are we “missing the 3rd hole” or the ‘middle hole’?
With quilting thread i do the first and last hole only
How should be a thread on machine? Like laying or with tension?
I have the TL2200, is this the correct treading for it?
yes
Fantastic. Thanks
Our pleasure!

Sounds like possibly the sub tension know is too tight
How about the bobbin
My bobbin case does not snap when I insert it in the machine
That's not good.. I guess as long as its sewing properly don't worry :) If not you may need a new one check them out on JukiJunkies.com
Will this machine take industrial thread with no problem? Thank you
Yes it will
Thread from right to the left?
juki TL 2000qi vs breather pq 1500SL vs juki 18QVP which is better for using free moton and perfect stitching
TL-18 all day :)

So confusing! Some say raise presser foot to thread and other videos say lower! Which is it? 🥴
Which ever you prefer. If you "floss" the thread you can do it with the foot down if not then you do it with the foot up :)

Yes you can :)
My machine doesn’t seem to like aurifil thread. Any suggestions?
Use glide thread!! check out JukiJunkies.com
Does anyone have trouble with top thread breaking while free motion quilting help
check out our fmq video th-cam.com/video/bYGJepUEWAM/w-d-xo.html
Why does the thread pole have to be all the way up?
it doesnt it just feeds better
Some people say foot should be down while threading
The automatic needle threaded option is still not clear. The camera focuses on your hand, not on the needle threaded. Maybe slower would help! I’ve tried this so many times and have never gotten it
OK. So you only said “needle down” but never said to put the needle up again, yet the video has the needle up! When do we put the needle up?
Needle down needle up before threading with the auto threader to insure the needle is in the right position.
I just got mine and written instructions dont answer my qs
Please slow this video down it is so fast l can’t get it.

Thank you for watching! We also have newer videos that are slower and better camera angles :)
Don't buy from Sewingmachinesplus in Encidido Ca. Customer service is rude if you have a problem.
Great video! Thank you!
Glad you liked the video! 😁
