    I am 22 mins into this class. I cannot thank you enough - I store SO MUCH tension in my tummy. Just breathing into that area, and feeling a little more space is wonderful

    Really nice and healing class ! When i put my hands on my belly at the end ot the class, my belly was warm and relaxed❤

    I choose this class for yesterday and it was Great!
    Normally on Friday I stopped activity but as I was at home waiting to go for any medical tests, I finally decided to use the time and do some yoga! The best I could do!
    Thank you very much for this restorative and healing practise!

    Dear Cat, every moment that I practice with you, I am grateful to God for bringing you to me. You are inspiring me. Today, my entire stomach area is so grateful to you for letting it experience peace and tranquility. I will continue with Module A class 2 for two more days and then will move to class 3. I will practice these sequences in the evening and on weekends. I am also experiencing stability in standing asanas with regular practice under your guidance. Thank you.

    I've done this almost daily over a 10 day period. Been rough couple stomach weeks and acupuncture needed but without this I would have been a total disaster. xoxo

    Thanks Cat, i feel great after these sequence. That would be great if you mention the poses appropriate of phases ( Phase 1(Bleeding) , Phase 2( No Bleeding , but swaling in stomach) , Phase 3(Remission) ).

    Can u teach yoga for autoimmune disease like depression arthritis numbness in.hands and legs inflammation etc 🙏🙏
