Im on a diet, don't have a sweet tooth, but been eating lots of peanuts recently and oh man this looks delicious and been craving this since seeing it recently. But I'm still on my diet lol.
Awesome recipe. Thanks! Question: can you scale up and double the batch? Obviously, you'd need a large enough bowl to hold all the ingredients, but I'm just wondering if a double batch affects the cook time. Have you experimented with this? Again, thanks for sharing your tasty talent!
Thank you so much! I have scaled up and down. Cook time is more affected when scaling up. To double the bath I cook for 4 minutes during the first cook time, 3 minutes the second, and then one minute at a time until I reach that perfect light brown color.
Easiest microwave peanut brittle I have ever found. Impossible to mess this up. Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!
Great recipe, i use parchment paper on cookie sheet.
Thank you this was the easiest peanut brittle recipe I found 🧑🏽🍳🙏
Thank you! I hope you love it

I made it tonight, your the best,
Thank you. I think adding bicarb makes all the difference. Doing it again tonight.
That’s my favorite part of the recipe. It’s kind of like watching magic right before your eyes ❤️ I’m so glad you are enjoying it, too

@@TheHenstersKitchen Awesome! Thanks for the speedy response.
Can you use raw peanuts without the skins?
@@clairehudson7688 absolutely!
Looks Good!! I'm making tomorrow. Thank You!!
Thank you! I hope you love it as much as we do
microwave time depends on the watts of your microwave... mine is only 700 so takes 5 minutes then 6 minutes or it comes out gummy
It's like making dalgona candy with peanut yum
Very yummy dear
Full support i joind now🥰
Thank you so much!

Thank you so much!
Should I roast the peanuts first? I add a tablespoon of jalapeno powder to the batch for a little heat. 😊
Could you use chopped walnuts?
Perhaps. I will try that as well. Sounds yummy!
Thanku sis full dn💜🤎💙
Remember, this is basically sugar napalm. Work very carefully, and don't let it contact any skin.
What kind of peanuts do you use?
I use raw peanuts. You can get them at any local grocery store.
@@TheHenstersKitchen I live in upstate New York and word on the street is that no one has raw peanuts this year.
@@dianarockwell6256 oh, no! They are so readily available here in Kentucky. I wonder if Amazon might be an option
Why the baking soda?
It allows the reaction that makes the brittle foamy and gives the texture that's necessary for a good brittle.
I made it twice it still didn't turn out I'll buy it at the store
I’m so sorry. What is happening?
I'd rather do it on the stove .
All those trips to the microwave seems hassle
What the?? I tho you had to boil everything and more
Nope. It’s really this simple 😁
Disaster it fell runny and flat. Peanuts sank to the bottom of the pot
Sounds like my microwave wattage may be a little bit more powerful. Try increasing your cook time and see if that doesn’t make the difference for you.
