Was gonna say, reminds me of Cursed Armada but ya beat me to it :D +1 to new-dk6vk's post about the music being a little loud. Good stuff man, love it! Edit: rewatching, the little animation that I think it Akka and Mimara...Akka gets called a Pick in the books, so he's ah...quite a bit more tanned than you've depicted lol took me 2 read throughs of the original trilogy to even notice myself
Ive been playing Kenshi and im trying to redpill the comments on how similiar our beloved People of Dawn are to the Skeletons of Kenshi. Both experience guilt towards humanity, the Skeletons create The Second Empire under a similiar philosophy to the Nonmens tutelage. Both are master smiths Both fought a mysterious alien threat Both battle with amnesia brought on by either by their immortality or guilt. They mainly wander the world in a manner similar to Cleric They feel curious about humanities fate, having memories of both good and bad, Black Desert City is their Isteribinth They both have the ability to go erratic. Both are persecuted by a theocracy Kenshi even has a northern large section overran by cannibals, or sranc?
You talk about Bakker's world as if you were an art historian or an archaeologist. I love it. You keep making these videos and Ill keep watching them!
Let's go!!! I loved these books so much
Thanks for the shoutout, and great job on this recent video. GIVE US MORE!!!
This is brilliant. Excellent work.
I am at awe of these videos! Impressed by your work and how inspiring is Bakker's text
Wonderful, thanks for this exploration into the most enigmatic fictional humanoids.
My favorite series of all time. Nothing quite the same exsists and I wish we could get more but unless or until we do I will be rereading them.
Doubt is what makes us free ❤️🔥.
My heart. What's the quote about a book moving another mans soul...
Oh, how many views you have my friend.
Keep up the outstanding work.

Great video but the volume of the music, especially at the beginning, is overpowering and obscures the narration.
