Alcohol. I was raised in a family that likes to drink and I felt indirectly peer pressured into trying it once I reached 21. The smell of wine nauseates me, all beer has a disgusting aftertaste to it for me. I was almost 100% positive that I wouldn't drink alcohol at all as an adult. The event that cinched it for me was when I went to a Holiday Shopping Expo with my mom and sister. They had stopped at a little bar that was sampling champagne. I saw that they had a green apple flavored champagne. "Hey, I like green apple flavor things!" I thought, and decided to try a sample. Took one sip and for a half second it tasted okay, and then I was suddenly slammed in the stomach with terrible nausea and an immediate sensation of needing to vomit. I threw the rest away and practically ran to a nearby bathroom. I stood in a stall heaving heavily for about 5 minutes before it finally passed and I felt good enough to leave the bathroom. Never drinking alcohol again.

For me, neer-beer when I was 5 or 6. I even opened a second can thinking the first was spoiled. Later that year, during Christmas, we were at a neighbor's house and I got thirsty. I reached for my mother's water only to discover that it was a cocktail. I made like a human sprinkler and decided that adults weren't very smart. This was later confirmed (about 10) when my mom handed me a bunch of money to go buy her cigarettes and I was allowed to keep the change. I counted it, and I was like, "That's a lot of candy bars!!" I only had enough for some bazooka gum. All these years later and I still won't even entertain taking a sip (40 now).

All beer tastes like crap the first time you try it. The way you're supposed to get used to it is by your dad giving you half a can at Christmas while your mother scolds him and he goes "oh it's alright, half a can won't hurt him!" You have that for a few years and you're used to it by the time you look old enough to buy your own. And if not, you get used to it so you don't look like a lightweight in front of your mates.
Or at least that's how it works in the UK anyway.
You could try Bailey's or alcopops, or basically any alcoholic drink that doesn't immediately taste like piss, but it sounds like your aversion might have a psychological aspect to it.

One of the places I occasionally eat out serves veggie meat as various stir fries. Oyster and soy sauce, vegetables, mushrooms and being thinly sliced mask the taste and texture quite well.
It was a welcome change to my first attempt at veggie meat(buying and cooking frozen veggie hotdogs). It tasted and had the texture of the paper used on the bottom of dumpling buns. 😅

I love eating, but I had unpleasant experiences with two foods:
    1) Meat tartare. In 1999 my family took a sail vacation in the Croatian part of the Adriatic sea. All went well. On the way back we went through Slovenia on the road back to Italy. After visiting the Postumia caves, we stopped for lunch. My mother forced me to eat tartare (I was 12). As a result, we got heavy diarrh**a for days, with my brother even catching salmonella.
I couldn't eat tartare for years, I think ten or so.
    2) Italian rice. Here I should explain what I mean by 'Italian' rice. Our rice dishes use a variety of rice that's quite different from ordinary Asian rice: white, small, with little smell and flavour. Our rice is, on the contrary, has bigger grains, tends to be brown-yellowish in colour and lets off a strong smell when cooked, and taste is in kind. Many people find that delicious of course, nothing wrong with it, especially in the North and in the far South. But when I went to primary school, our canteen would have rice on a daily basis: tomato rice, parmesan rice, peas rice. Pasta was there too, but it was less common. As a result, my early childhood love for 'risotto', that's a dish with thick, flavoury rice with veggies, typically mushroom, eggplants or pumpkin, died forever. I just can't eat that anymore. Only Asian rice for me, since thr other kind reminds me of...undigested food. And yes, I have tried to eat it again indeed, but it just lumps in my mouth, and eating it is still an ordeal for me.

The very existence of the fertilized duck egg from hell is the reason I always check the weight of any eggs I'm about to eat and give them a shake before I boil them. I'm literally estimating whether an egg could have a bird fetus inside it and will leave any eggs that my brain thinks are too heavy for my family instead. That shit is like something Stephen King would come up with. I've never eaten balut, and by all that is unholy I hope I never fucking do. I swear they must have made that one up just to fuck with tourists.
As far as non-exotic foods go, I won't touch rice pudding, oatmeal, or coleslaw because all three look like vomit, and I never eat cereal because I hate the texture of soggy corn flakes.
I also heard somewhere that durian is actually against the law to bring through some airports because it smells so godawful. Kinda makes me want to experience it for myself just once, because I have no concept in my head of 'a smell so bad it literally makes you vomit.'
Oh, and also Marmite was made by the Devil as a curse upon humanity. Those who actually enjoy it are hellspawn in disguise.

    Beef Liver.
I was a cook for 16 years, and have intermittently worked with liver over those years, always frozen though, never fresh.
When you open the package it smells like your morning piss after a long night of drinking.
Everyone I know who "loves" liver always says that it's inedible unless you have fried onions, gravy, ketchup, mustard, all of the above.
It's really funny to talk to those people, they will defend liver, I'll call them out for having to cover the taste with additional ingredients and sauces and then silence ... "It's really good for you though!" Lol
I had fresh liver recently, cooked by my father in law who claims to make the absolute best liver ever, "its like a poor man's steak".
Was with him when we bought it at the butcher, and there were only three beef livers and one calf liver.
It was better, but still has that telltale, ammonia-like human urine aftertaste. It tasted like a nice super-lean cut of beef that was marinated in hobo piss.
The Calf liver was substantially better, better texture and taste and that piss-flavour was almost non-existent
I like organ meat, but beef liver is straight up just not good food lol

Burritos of any type. One day a few years ago, I was hungry so my mom offered to deep fry some burritos for me. Two things either went wrong: the oil was rancid or the burritos werent cooked fully. I started getting sick a few hours later. I didnt want to eat and my stomach was twisting. That night, I took an anti nausea pill and went to bed. Not long after, the monster in my stomach wanted released. I woke up and immediately bent over and sprayed chunks all over my bed and floor. I puked up those burritos so hard that I could feel my stomach clenching to the point of pain. It hurt so bad. After that, I made the puke covered walk of shame to my mom. After that day, came a day basically spent in the bathroom either puking or having diarrhea. The final straw was when I tried to drink a red Gatorade. Obviously, my stomach did not like this. I sprinted full speed to the bathroom but it was too late. I was only a few steps away from the toilet but I missed. Since I hadn't been eating, I puked up a murder scene. After that, I felt very lightheaded and tired. After the clean up, I spent 7 hours in the hospital for dehydration. Ever since, the thought of eating a burrito gives me the memory of being bent over my bed spraying puke in my room.

For both breakfast and dinner (my mother was very poor and since I had a baby brother, baby food and baby formula was the most important thing for her to get. When I was in elementary school, I used to buy milk every day, I loved it so much that I would drink it with two straws. Until one day the milk was chunky. But I didn’t know, so I drank it. And I couldn’t taste anything other than sour milk for the rest of the day. It traumatized me. And then almost ten years later I wanted to start drinking milk again, and my step mom gave me some milk during dinner. It looked brownish, so I commented on it, but she said it was fine. So I took a sip. It was almond milk. I wanted normal milk. She tricked me. No more milk for me. Now I gotta take calcium supplements cause I don’t get calcium from milk anymore. But it’s worth it. Can’t trust milk anymore.

Rutabagas. God as my witness, my mother was OBSESSED with them when we were growing up! Generally, she would use canned but, when in season, she would peel, chop and cook the hell out of them and, to me, they tasted like turpentine! I will never eat them again unless it’s the only thing left on earth!

Pastrami, it was valentines day and a kid at my school who really likes Asian or Korean based foods/foods with that type vibe, and gave me dried sea weed chips; they were perfect squares and were like tissue paper in texture, but like tissue paper that had been shredded, drenched in water, then fused unevenly with regular tissue paper, I couldn't decide if I liked it or not and snacked on it til lunch, took a bite of my PASTRAMI sandwich and then associated the two flavors with eachother for what ever reason and won't toucheither one ever again. Also grape flavored things suck, it tastes like medicine; Mint is god awful too, makes me think of toothpaste, and toothpaste if I taste to much will make me gag. Not off it forever, but when I was pregnant last winter (late 2019-early 2020) I could not, for the life of me, stand the sight, smell, taste or even though of any meats. I mean, fish, like raw Salmon was my saving grace but I could only it eat at a maximum of 2 times a week. I actually threw up in the cab on my way to a drs appointment downtown. The cab driver was listening to a podcast in English talking about something and I zoned out, but as we pulled up to the drs office, I came back in and heard the words "large plate with a giant slab of the best steak in New York" I don't know why, but that set me off... And no, I'm not vegan. I have never been vegan. I don't entirely like the texture of meat, but I'll still eat it. But my Pregnant body wanted nothing do with meat. I even gagged when ever I left my room (I live with my parents and single) and my mom always felt bad but my stepdad knew nothing about me even being pregnant so he would get mad at me. I never actually threw up out of morning sickness, I was just nauseous all the time lol

Escargot. For some backstory, I was on a trip to New Orleans with my family(We live in California, so big trip). My mom decides that I will have some escargot, which is just cooked snails(WHOSE FUCKING IDEA WAS THAT) atop some mushrooms(Also not a fan). I don't want to, don't like the idea, don't like the smell, and after half an hour I finally eat one piece to make her stop trying to convince me it'll be pleasant.
