Brother, I love when you do Pit Barrel vids and this looks awesome! Just did a rack of beef ribs with a CosmoQ rub and sauce that was sent to me from a buddy in L.A. and they rocked!! Even gave my butcher and the staff the 3 leftover ribs and they all rolled their eyes (and used some colourful Quebec language :-) ) because it was so good. Making another batch Sunday for a birthday for my daughter in law.
Looks great Jabin. We tend to skip the sweet and just go with the heat in our household. I know the sweet would round it out, but the wife is not a fan. So, just spicy for us...
Had my folks over for a feast of Tri-tip done over mesquite with some SPG tonight. Maybe I should have invited them over tomorrow instead, because this is what's for supper tomorrow!
