This is the easiest recipe that I ever saw. I love bread but it has too much sodium & unhealthy ingredients for me. this is so healthy & delicious. I can now eat bread again. thank you so much for this recipe.

Very much effort given again, with the video! BUT: you have to cut the slices very, very thick, otherwise the ‘bread’ will fall apart! It lacks a binding agent like: Egg or similar. When I bake my oat bread, I add 500g curd. It is then a moist bread that doesn't fall apart and you can cut normal slices. What a pity. The recipe is not good and the bread won't turn out like this. Nevertheless, I love this channel! 💖 my recipe, but not vegan: 250 g fine rolled oats (whole flakes) 250 gram coarse rolled oats(whole flakes) 1 packet of baking powder (approx. 15 grams) Baking soda powder 15 grams 1 teaspoon of salt 3 eggs 500 grams of lean curd Put everything in a bowl and mix very well. Pour into a well-greased loaf tin and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Hallo, ich sehe beim Schneiden viele Brösmeli, das hab ich bei meinen Broten gar nicht gern!Die zu sammeln ist mühsam (= Abfall , schade ) . Gibt es ein veganes Bindemittel, damit der Teig nach dem Backen besser gebunden ist ?
Du kannst 1/2 Teelöffel Guarkernmehl zum Teig geben oder 1 EL Chiasamen mit 6 EL warmen Wasser gut verrühren, 30 Minuten quellen lassen und dann in den Teig rühren.
