I tried these roti’s today and they turned out to be so soft and amazing. The restaurant ones are usually hard. I wasn’t expecting much as I am not a great cook but thankyou so much for the recipe!
The softness is probably because of Wheat flour. The restaurants use maida.
Non stick tawa will work ?

I am not sure but I think it will not be great as the dough needs to stick to the pan so might not be a great idea to use Non stick pan.

Of course, Merlyn! It has no yeast, so aslong as you cover the dough with plastic wrap so it doesn't dry out, you can store it in the fridge.
