Make sure you have WizardryRaids and MonstrumRaids by JewelHeim installed also now that the Viking turds won't be showing up and I'd recommend More raids in world modifiers. They still won't be anywhere near the frequency of the much much more NPC raids and Much More world modifier is a bit too much (more of a multiplayer/many scattered bases setting).
Sated is approved, if the drop off only affected health then not so much, but it also affects stamina (and eitr level) at the same time, so a constant double (or triple) debuff is not fair when mobs are not similarly affected, and it's only the degradation timing that is being altered. Never too late to incorporate Creature Level and Loot Control either, just be sure to keep all mob difficulty world modifiers normal. I forgot once and Elder pushed my spine through his spawn floor. Best part of CLLC is the boss control/variety that is possible because for the most part, they are the weakest part of the game once their mechanics are known. Decrease health per star and increase damage per star same as the rest of the mobs (+50%) and even add a few summons and ya got yourself a nice fight.
@@WafflesGamesProbably I'll send you a dm with a medium-hard customized CLLC config file for you to try and customize to your liking. Therzies progression is linear but Epic Loot is anything but, so the settings might seem too easy or too hard depending on what EL drops.

I'll have to check that out! I do like Sated, but I'll have to look into it. I've been meaning to check out CLLC for a while but it seems like a LOT.
