I really think your on to something there Gary.. Never seen anything like that before, we looked up at one point and there had to be 100's of them circling way high up in the canyon.. I know there is a lot of bear activity nearby that it might have something to do with it to.. I hope these days keep up!

Hi, must be so much fun picking up those gold. My friends were in South Yuba River State park this past week for fun and gold panning. I found few flecks of gold and it was an icing on the cake of being at Yuba river.

Fun to watch all that gold being revealed, and I really like the format of how you do your video sort of like a mini-series with narration. I believe your subscribers will continue to increase as more and more find your channel and enjoy the thrill of adventure - not only focused on the gold but nature and the hunt as well. So sad about the vulture-- not that we love vultures but they are nature, and help to clean up the dead things on the earth too. I'm concerned why they're dying, but I believe it may have to do with all the chemicals being sprayed into our skies, falling into the water and onto the earth...but that's my belief. Thanks again for showing us a beautiful part of the country. FAB gold! I have just teeny pieces but one day will graduate -- perhaps? lol

Vultures have to eat and, they clean up rotting carcasses that would smell-up the hiking trails and fun times outdoors. Death is a circle of life.

@@californiamotherlodeprospect I found the 3 gram nug on Tim's claim between 2 boulders that was a two toes approved gravel. Lol. I was using my whites pin pointer. Got rained out and that hole still has gold. Go get ya some. A big thanks to Tim for inviting me to his dig.

Plenty of gold on the north fork of the American River sounds like you live nearby I took pounds and pounds out of that river and it’s beautiful maybe we can get together and I can show you a few spots
Love your video's, your pan at 16:45 s what my first-ever pan looked like off the Stanislaus river. I was 14 years old then and since then have always compared everything I find to that first pan, (needless to say i've been disappointed a number of times).
