Fun fact: I'm a teacher and we just did ice cream sundaes as an end of year school wide math incentive. We did over 700 sundae cups (the individual cups of ice cream that we added toppings to) and only used 4.5 cans of whipped cream.
We did a sundae bar for my sons 3rd birthday because he loves icecream. Instead of cake we did sundaes and little cupcakes. We used 1 can and still had some left after 15 kids got a sundae in a little color changing cup (they got to take the cup and spoon home with them to use again) 😂 Lush is ridiculous & so wasteful.

The canned pumpkin is just pumpkin, it’s not the filling. You have to mix it with sugar and other ingredients. She’s probably making pumpkin chocolate chip cookies… that’s all I ever make with it. White asparagus is the same as the green kind. The reason it is white is that when it grows they put dirt up around to cover it and keep adding to the pile as soon as the tip appears. So the row looks like a hill is being build. Green asparagus grows above ground. The sunlight turns it green. White asparagus is usually thicker and need more skin being peeled prior to eating. It's ready in the spring and restaurants make special menus with the asparagus being the main attraction. At least in Germany.

Obviously she has money, hire someone to cook for you, get a subscription like Home Chef or whatever, hire someone to plan your meals. Uh Huh. The food stored in that garage has to be spoiled because the mice and bugs can crawl under the rubber seal on the garage door. And the garage door is frequently opened so the bugs can easily come and go. Garages are not climate controlled so it gets below freezing in the winter and high heat during the summer. So those cardboard and paper packages get moldy from the temperature changes.
Yes the way she stores her food drives me nuts. She has a basement use it. Also everyone I've ever know with a freezer in the garage has problems sometimes in winter when it gets real cold out.

That garage door is open often during the day because that is how Alicia and the children come and go throughout the day. There is no furnace or air conditioner in that garage as that can be seen from the numerous videos that Alicia herself puts online. Bugs get inside where the food is under the garage door. Mice chew through the flimsy under the door flap. That door is opened often which allows easy access for the bugs to get inside with the food. Those are not safe food storage conditions.
I make a list for my adult son to shop for me on a white board ,he takes a cell phone photo of it and doesn't have to lug a list around the store ...she likes to do everything the most difficult way
I pull up in my driveway after grocery shopping, beep my horn and yell out to my 3 kids to come out and help bring it all in. It’s one trip each if we all do it. If she got her kids to come out and help her it would be the same. 1 trip each and she wouldn’t have to do 20000 trips on her own. She just couldn’t be bothered interacting with the kids so she doesn’t bother

It's honestly super sad. I have a son with major allergies and has major sensory issues with foods. Many of his safe good foods have been out of stock and I'm so worried.

Josh that food obsession thing is an adhd factor as well. I go through stages too where I’ll snack on a specific candy for like 6 months. Literally snacking on it every single day I want to. Then all of a sudden it switches to something else and I forget all about the other ones. And normally I don’t even eat candy lol My latest obsession is pistachios. The US government regulations on their food are extremely different than those in Canada. Chicken specifically is cheaper because they allow hormones and other additives that we can’t have. Also, it was very eye opening when I bought ketchup and fruit loops from the states. The cereal has added colour dyes. It’s literally florescent and the ketchup has fructose corn syrup that we don’t have. Our ketchup just contains tomatoes, vinegar, salt and sugar from the SAME company!! Crazy how different our health relations are.

The FDA and the health association allow for way more toxic chemicals in US food than Canadian foods. It could be the difference between privatized and socialized healthcare.

I totally see your point but I don’t think so. She absolutely has adequate access to food. Look at everything she buys. She’s constantly replacing Nintendo Switches because one or more of the kids isn’t yet there to properly take care of it. I blame Lush for that she gives them too much and doesn’t teach them to care for their items. Stuff gets lost, stolen, or broken it’s instantly replaced. She bought all of her kids the top of the line IPhone Pro 14 even though the older ones were given a nice IPhone pro 13 not even a year prior. For Christmas she gave all the kids IPhone 14 pros and IPads. A person who has food insecurities doesn’t have that much food in their pantries. To label someone with food insecurity that’s a person who might go to a food pantry in their area for food and they are unable due to hardship to obtain food from grocery stores. If she had any sort of issues obtaining food she wouldn’t be at wegman’s, Costco, etc. She could feed the kids (healthier food btw) if she fed them less processed food. A lot of the claims she says about the kids and their health issues prior to getting so many subs and views she was feeding them healthy food and was getting one of them to reset his system by cooking healthy meals. Now she feeds them crap.

She’s mentioned she had siblings with issues and sometimes those can be genetic.

That's what I don't get if you have a big family why are you shopping and like a grocery store why not go to a whole sale club to by your stuff . Hey Josh! As someone who has had both kidney stones and gallstones at the same time (it was hell), I'm so sorry that you had to endure them and I hope that you are feeling better! The pure pumpkin you mix with a bunch of stuff, there is also pumpkin pie filling that you might need to add just eggs to but you can definitely mix up the filling according to the back of the can and pour it in a baking dish and bake it. My grandma does that for me because I only like the filling too.

I will never forget the moment I found out just how healthy my son eats. My son came home from a friend's house. My child is 5, btw.. crying because they fed him dog food.. I was so mad like they what!? So I called and was like what did you all have for lunch.. she said spaghetti and meatballs, the ones out of a can.. I said ok and hung up. I couldn't help but laugh, yet feel bad.. I don't eat canned foods and neither does my son, this is with exception, to like chili beans.. I try to make a lot of homemade food. But yea. I just felt bad that he thought they ate dog food
Ive changed some things i buy after seeing all these vids. Like i dont buy so much of paper plates and plastic ware. I was using little foam trays for my kids. (Mostly because my plates are ceramic and heavy.) So i bought them dishes easier for them to carry. Washing dishes really isn't so bad. 😂 most of the kid's things go easily in the dishwasher. To me the change was worth it. Saves money too.

Right?!?!? I have three sons (15, 17, 19) and we literally go through half a water melon, two or three pounds of strawberries, and a few bananas EVERY DAY. But then my kids only eat potato chips maybe once a week or so. I often have to throw away the last serving or so of chips because they got stale before they were finished. 🤷♀️
She doesn’t buy grapes at COSTCO bc her family can’t eat all those grapes before they go bad. Those kids eat VERY Little fresh fruits & veg. I buy grapes at Costco for just me & most of the time I finish them within 4 days. To give her the benefit of the doubt, though, some of the kids are from the foster care system & haven’t been eating fresh produce all their lives so maybe she buys what they will eat, rather than listen to them complain about “ having” to eat grapes when they really want Takis or cookies.
Buffalo, NY here… for the most part my choices for shopping are Tops or Wegmans, and while Wegmans might have some higher end more expensive items, overall I find that they are WAY cheaper than Tops! Surprising I know…
The doorbell/fingerprint reader is for employees that work third shift/work the earliest bakery and produce depts. It's unlocked during the day to make it easier for employees. Of course she thinks it's for her. Oh if you sign up through the website you can access digital coupons for whenever you come to a Wegmans.

I dont normally comment on youtube but i would like to say i work in a nursing home as a cook. I cook for a 100 people we spend the same amount or sometimes less than she does for a week but they get a home cook meal 3 times a day. Plus fruit or some type of dessert with their lunch and dinner.

Milka chocolate was invented and produced in a huge company in my hometown. We are so proud of it, there is even a street named Milka street 😂Every time it is going to rain, the whole city smells like chocolate, because of the air pressure or Something. Best chocolate in the world! (Besides of Lindt which is even better)

As a single parent, who makes home cooked whole food every day, I’d love to see her work with my budget! No processed filled foods on my weekly list, not worth it for us

Uh Huh. The food stored in that garage has to be spoiled because the mice and bugs can crawl under the rubber seal on the garage door. And the garage door is frequently opened so the bugs can easily come and go. Garages are not climate controlled so it gets below freezing in the winter and high heat during the summer. So those cardboard and paper packages get moldy from the temperature changes.
Yes the way she stores her food drives me nuts. She has a basement use it. Also everyone I've ever know with a freezer in the garage has problems sometimes in winter when it gets real cold out.

There is no furnace or air conditioner in that garage as that can be seen from the numerous videos that Alicia herself puts online.
Bugs get inside where the food is under the garage door. Mice chew through the flimsy under the door flap. That door is opened often which allows easy access for the bugs to get inside with the food.
Those are not safe food storage conditions.

The US government regulations on their food are extremely different than those in Canada. Chicken specifically is cheaper because they allow hormones and other additives that we can’t have.
Also, it was very eye opening when I bought ketchup and fruit loops from the states.
The cereal has added colour dyes. It’s literally florescent and the ketchup has fructose corn syrup that we don’t have. Our ketchup just contains tomatoes, vinegar, salt and sugar from the SAME company!! Crazy how different our health relations are.
The U.S. FDA really has to step up their game & stop allowing all the additives & “junk” sold in our stores!

I totally see your point but I don’t think so. She absolutely has adequate access to food. Look at everything she buys. She’s constantly replacing Nintendo Switches because one or more of the kids isn’t yet there to properly take care of it. I blame Lush for that she gives them too much and doesn’t teach them to care for their items. Stuff gets lost, stolen, or broken it’s instantly replaced. She bought all of her kids the top of the line IPhone Pro 14 even though the older ones were given a nice IPhone pro 13 not even a year prior. For Christmas she gave all the kids IPhone 14 pros and IPads. A person who has food insecurities doesn’t have that much food in their pantries. To label someone with food insecurity that’s a person who might go to a food pantry in their area for food and they are unable due to hardship to obtain food from grocery stores. If she had any sort of issues obtaining food she wouldn’t be at wegman’s, Costco, etc. She could feed the kids (healthier food btw) if she fed them less processed food.
A lot of the claims she says about the kids and their health issues prior to getting so many subs and views she was feeding them healthy food and was getting one of them to reset his system by cooking healthy meals. Now she feeds them crap.

She’s mentioned she had siblings with issues and sometimes those can be genetic.

The pure pumpkin you mix with a bunch of stuff, there is also pumpkin pie filling that you might need to add just eggs to but you can definitely mix up the filling according to the back of the can and pour it in a baking dish and bake it. My grandma does that for me because I only like the filling too.

My son came home from a friend's house. My child is 5, btw.. crying because they fed him dog food.. I was so mad like they what!? So I called and was like what did you all have for lunch.. she said spaghetti and meatballs, the ones out of a can.. I said ok and hung up. I couldn't help but laugh, yet feel bad.. I don't eat canned foods and neither does my son, this is with exception, to like chili beans.. I try to make a lot of homemade food. But yea. I just felt bad that he thought they ate dog food

Ive changed some things i buy after seeing all these vids. Like i dont buy so much of paper plates and plastic ware. I was using little foam trays for my kids. (Mostly because my plates are ceramic and heavy.) So i bought them dishes easier for them to carry. Washing dishes really isn't so bad. 😂 most of the kid's things go easily in the dishwasher. To me the change was worth it. Saves money too.

I buy grapes at Costco for just me & most of the time I finish them within 4 days. To give her the benefit of the doubt, though, some of the kids are from the foster care system & haven’t been eating fresh produce all their lives so maybe she buys what they will eat, rather than listen to them complain about “ having” to eat grapes when they really want Takis or cookies.
Buffalo, NY here… for the most part my choices for shopping are Tops or Wegmans, and while Wegmans might have some higher end more expensive items, overall I find that they are WAY cheaper than Tops! Surprising I know…

I dont normally comment on youtube but i would like to say i work in a nursing home as a cook. I cook for a 100 people we spend the same amount or sometimes less than she does for a week but they get a home cook meal 3 times a day. Plus fruit or some type of dessert with their lunch and dinner.

Milka chocolate was invented and produced in a huge company in my hometown.
