    I have been doing yoga for years but I've never found a class that is so challenging for the glutes. I've probably done this class 10 times now and I am still not close to making it all the way through without muscle failure at some point. Maybe being over 6'4 is an excuse?
    Great class! I will be very proud once I can make it all the way through with all the reps and no failure!

    I do yoga daily with your yoga videos it really helps me alot in order to loosing weight . I will definetly try this video .can u plz suggest that how much leg workout require in a week to slim legs.

    Nice work, I have been loosing 8 kg in 2 month by doing your exercise with your video.
    Please make a video on yoga asana like head stand, sarvangasna, hala asana etc in proper sequence.

    Dear Rashmi, I'm Barbara from Italy and I'm 45 years old. I follow your video. It helps me a lot. Thank you very much.
    For 2 years I discovered to have diabetic number 1. At the moment with a good diet and good exercise I avoid insulin. Can you suggest some exercise to help with this kind of illness?

      Hi Barbara, you can try any of the videos for the yoga Asana practice. Usually twists, forward bends and lying on abdomen asanas are supposed to be beneficial for people suffering from diabetes.

    Can you please come up with something light that can be done during the 6 weeks postpartum for pelvic and core strengthening; Diastasis recti safe. Most of the videos I have searched online don't have the one stop shop kinda thing, some will have 3 or so breathworks, some will demonstrate another 2-3 exercises, there hasn't been a complete guide to covering it all.
    (Or please tag someone, who has covered it all in their videos).
    (For post 6 weeks I have saved your entire cardio yoga play list for the next three months. )

      All the lying down exercises are fine. I would go slow with squats and lunges.
