  • How to do Aztec push ups. An Aztec push up is a push up where at the top you explode and reach for your toes, as you bring your toes towards you. Once you touch your toes you return to push up position without ever having touched the ground in the process.

    " ...'one thousand percent' of the profit will be sent to...."
    Ed, you do know that one thousand percent of something is *not* the same as one hundred percent, right? Let's use an example: If the profit on one t-shirt is, let's say $5, then 100% of $5 is $5. However 1000% is $50. Per t-shirt.
    I like the work you are doing, and I affirm your projects brother! But, when I heard 1000%, I thought "Wow! Ed is doing something really unique with that thousand-percent donation idea." But, then I realized that you just didnt know what that meant. You can impact the world- be on point with everything.
    Thanks for your inspiration over the years, you are a pioneer Ed!

      PeaceBeWithYourSoul You are absolutely right. I meant it more as a stern confirmation that the profits will go to charity but I worded it wrongly. Sorry for the confusion everyone. Thanks.

    Today in the morning i did my first superman push up, i need to watch my form but i think i'm in the correct direction. The next step is INCA (touching knees), then this powerful AZTEC push ups, i also think i need to improve my flexibility in order to get the cleanest form i can with my Aztecs. I've never heard about Kuki push ups, i hope there is a video fore those, anyway thnx for this tutorial.

      Personally they have always been my strongest point, since I did them as a kid.
      I've managed to get a really solid superman, back clap, front/back clap and front/back/front clap. Now working on Kuki pushups, they still escape me

      @strengthoversize 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Raizo 101 Jeez, even as a kid you did them? Thats crazy, I can't lie. I'm also trying to work on my Kuki push ups but I always hurt my freakin finger when I try to clap behind my back lol

    Hi Ed, I'm french and there is'nt a lot of calisthenics coach in France, i wanted to ask you some questions :
    - For calisthenics, do you have to train everyday?
    - Do you have to train just one muscle per day? or more ?
    - How much push ups do you do for a chest workout ? @officialbarstarzz

    • @LHCalistenia
      @LHCalistenia 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      hi, bro, I'm not Ed, but I can reply this answer with my own experience on one and a half year of calisthenics/street workout. Train everyday can be a hard question to answer once that each invidual has different ways to recovery, but in order to not get overtrain I suggest u train upperbody every two days and between the days u don't train upperbody u should train lowerbody like abs, legs and cardio, you can train the three in a day of workout just like I do. Train just one muscle in calisthenics doesn't exist once that calisthenics work a many muscles in a moment like push up (triceps, chest, a little of shoulder depending of the push up and forearm if I'm not wrong). And the last question it also depends of how long have you been working out, it can be in gym or in calisthenics for itself, I recommend you train until you can't do more push-ups in a row, rest and do it again, just give your best and your body will answer back ;D I hope I helped you, thanks :)
