Yet again another instance of CPS removing a thriving child from a loving home to place him in a horrific place. This poor boy didn't just have a shot at life, he had it. He had everything he needed with two parents who loved him, and it was all senselessly ripped away from him by the two people who gave him life.
Hug your loved ones tight. Have a safe weekend.

@TheMiseryMachine The half time credit longer exists in Indiana. I work in DOC and the laws have very recently changed so that an inmate must serve at least 75% of their sentence instead of 50% It’s still not ideal but is a marked improvement.

Now I know this has nothing to do with this video, but In a 1-20 person case that could mean their child has prader willie syndrome, where they cant stop eating because they never feel full and the children do eventually steal food, so the parents have to lock it up, so that the child doesn't over feed themselves and make their stomach burst or the child becoming overweight

Clearly Allan's massive ego needed a child to pump up his mediocre existence on social media. How could he talk about himself as the best person on earth otherwise? Idk why, but the social media platitudes and bragging make this one of the most punchable men on earth. It's not just bragging and untrue, the actual quotes are braindead and vomit-inducing. And these posts were breaks he took between abusing this child with his egg donor.

I will also throw this out there I was potty trained really early and could walk around just fine but when my parents had my little brother who's about 4yrs younger than me I went back to trying to be a baby and I definitely wasn't abused or anything though I was diagnosed with severe anxiety when I was 8 but honestly to this day idk what brought it on or whatever but I know that it wasn't really anything to do with my parents I honestly think it was school until I got way older and my parents got way overwhelmed with trying to work and some other stuff going on with my family everything was picture perfect until I was like 12ish... I do definitely however agree that it should be looked into and I as well have seen it absolutely be a very very bad sign and a sign of abuse but not always...

Well, not necessarily. I was fully potty trained but hated using the big toilet because I was very tiny. I fell in once and that sealed it for me. In NC, a little boy named Corey, was killed by his adoptive mother. His foster parents wanted to adopt him and his biological brother. They had cared for Corey and his brother since Corey's birth. Corey's brother was 8, Corey was 4. They were denied because the boys were black and the foster family was white. DCBS searched for a black family and when one was located, Corey and his brother were removed and placed with the adoptive family. The adoptive family were a military family. The father was deployed and the mother began abusing Corey's brother. Corey's brother told his teacher he was being hurt and DCBS took him out of the home. Corey was not abused, so he was left in the adoptive home. The adoptive mother immediately turned her violence on Corey and killed him by hitting him over the head with a computer keyboard. The foster family sued DCBS and won! There is now a law on the books in NC- Corey's Law- whereby if one child is removed from a home, ALL children are removed!

After listening to all of these tragic stories of children who couldn’t defend themselves, and was supposed to be protected by CPS (it’s literally in the name of the agency, Child PROTECTIVE Services! 🙄) I’m at the point where it has me asking this question: “What is the point of CPS? They apparently don’t ‘protect’ children that can’t protect themselves!” They are supposed to advocate for children in dangerous environments. They are supposed to make sure they are PROTECTED. They seem to be failing more than they are succeeding. It’s infuriating and sad at the same time!

This is why I'm so scared of CPS. I hug my daughter every night and I make sure she's fed and happy everyday. They are supposed to be protecting these kids who don't get that and they couldn't give a F less.

My adopted sisters were sent back to their abusive bio Mom four times before finally taking her parental rigghts away. It was extremely hard on them to be tossed back and forth and each time they came back to us they were more traumatized than they were when they left.

@@annjepsen1621 i understand that completely. My step daughter is forced to go to her bio moms house for every other week. Even tho she didn't want to go because her mom forgets to feed her n stuff. So I'm constantly worried about what's gonna happen to her or if her mom is high or not. It wouldn't be so stressful if CPS could just do their job -______-

Why don't judges and social workers care about how children feel?? Why can't these "experts" understand that removing a child from the only family they've ever known is terrifying??? Why can't they treat children as human beings instead of property???

Ty sooo much for finally covering the case of Judah!!!
Another horrid thing is that, in this small area..we also had another child death only months before Judah, Mercedes Lain. Our community was shocked, devastated, in pain and morning the loss of these 2 gorgeous souls.
Im also glad Laporte got the case instead of starke ( where it happened )!

Thank you from the very bottom of my heart, I appreciate the content you cover and the toll it must take for you to bring these stories to the world in order to make the changes across the board to save these precious gifts from harm. My Mum had a saying and it goes 'In 100 years from now it won't matter what sort of car I drove, how big my bank balance was or how big my house was but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child'
Your brave and important contribution to society is going to be felt for many years by many people. Real life heros

No more beatings, no more hunger, no more being naked in a dark basement, no more abuse period. I am glad his parents got what they deserved. God Bless Judah and may he RIP now. How sad, he was so precious.

I honestly don't understand how you guys can handle these cases time and time again. I salute your bravery at covering them. Why is it always one? There is always the one centered out for the abuse. While the others may experience some modicum of verbal abuse, there is always one who gets the lion's share of the torture. This poor little babe. I can't even.....and why does CPS always fail them?
