Wow! I had the same metal stuck in my exhaust valve. Had no idea where it came from, It did however bend the valve. Replaced both valves and she runs. THANK YOU for this video, without it I would have never found where that metal came from.
@@bobt169 You're welcome! I seen that a couple times. First time I could have forgot where it came from until I found out peace out of carburetor was missing in it but two to two together. Thanks for watching bud. Have a good day
@@HondaRay hey Honda Ray, we are too. We can't wait! It'd be fun to hang out again. I don't know. I might have plenty of parts to put the same back together to original not restored 😊
Go for it Buckets… after going this far, finding it gagged on the carburetor choke plate flapper, it would be disappointing to not stay with it and hear it run !!
Come on Buckets !! Those are not “t(h)reads” on the kick start shaft… those are splines !!! Otherwise, good to see you showing some love for another beat up Trail 70. Still have my all original, JIS screws and all (yep… me again), Candy Gold 4/70 K0. Guess I’m one of the few that never sold the one I got as a kid !!!
@@thetwostrokerebuilderThank you very much bud I'll continue to try to do my best 😁 yeah I think on this weekend's video I'm going to pull that cylinder head off check the rings Thanks for watching. Have a great day 😊
Well, I maid it this far with you. Let's see the bad boy run. A weaker person would have trashed it. A lot goes on in the repair on this. Man, it's a good thing you made a video. I would have been lost on the valve job alone. Getem Buckets
@@michaelfarris2556 hey there bud, yes that piston one had a hole or something in it for a weaker one. Those Hondas are pretty indestructible. Yeah I think I'm going to get some time to film this week before New Year's. I have a couple days off work. We'll see this thing putter for next week. Thanks bud for watching and sticking around 😊
