I just realized something. Everyone's talking about how this tape seems like a tutorial on invading homes for the Woodcrawlers. Here's the thing; this tape was made by the company shown in the intro: Optica! Video. This isn't the first time we see them here in Gemini. They made the Games for Kids tape, which tells kids to go out at night and "feed the woods." Plus, optica! is close to the word "optical," which means "relating to sight, especially in relation to the physical action of light." I don't know about you guys, but it seems to me that Optica! Video is a video distribution center that AT LEAST works with the Woodcrawlers. Who knows, maybe THEY'RE the creepy mannequins who was seen watching a sleeping person in the Sleep Image Visualizer tape, made an appearance in one of the endings of Lethal Omen, and MIGHT also be the "Mysterious, well-dressed men" who visited Moonlight Acres. I've had the feeling that there's multiple people and factions at play here. This video seems to confirm it. Optica video is most definitely working with the Wood Crawlers/Skinwalkers and Iris, while Jack Wylder seems to be trying to be of legitimate help to people (although he could be dead, we can't be sure of it) Meanwhile, Harbinge Technologies is still an unknown quantity, but I believe they're trying to help people as well, due to the ACL System's message saying "The Harbinger guards in vain," which suggests they're trying to help people but Iris/The Client believes their efforts are meaningless
Oh he’s definitely dead. The Iris said specifically in monthly progress report that “Jack is us now”, and if he was the one recording the tape in the house, it does not bode well that he was attacked on the ground by a Woodcrawler before the tape ended. Also, I definitely think Harbinge Technologies are trying to help, although it seems their Sleep Image Visualizer was ineffective. I think their plan with it was to make a lot of people become comatose, therefore making it impossible for them to be possessed by Woodcrawlers. However this did not work, as I think fake people just kill them in their sleep, possibly shown at the end of sleep image visualizer when the guy with the grey mask sat next to the sleeping guy, who has been asleep ever since. This could mean he’s just been killed by the masked man and the sleep image visualizer has just kept recording ever since. Also in Monthly Progress Report, the Iris states that “sleeping ones are eaten whole” which does not bode well for anyone who used the SIV. I don’t know, just a theory, a film theory.

One of the things that I really like about this video was the chase scene at the end. It starts off with the cameraman getting a brief glimpse at the woodcrawler before cutting to a chase in the dark. During the chase, there is no music playing, no jumpscares, no unnecessary scary thuds, not even a shriek. Just this otherworldly noise coming from behind the cameraman as he ran. It then ends with the guy dropping his camera and causing it to point towards him on the floor. In the final moments, a shadowy figure is seen trying to run away from another shadowy figure before cutting to black.
Remy makes good use of the limitations of After Effects, a single camera, and not wanting to match move everything. The ambush scene felt believable and horrifying.
Theory: This is the house from "Earths Weirdest Animals" So that saying, the guy recording "Earths Weirdest Animals" Most likely was next to be killed by woodcrawlers/natures Mockery.

This is amazing, and delightfully unsettling. The way the video begins tricks you into thinking it’s an instructional safety video on what to do if someone breaks into your home, but quickly makes you suspicious by giving you some facts that don’t feel quite right, then reveals itself to be instructions for Woodcrawlers. And that’s not even mentioning the production quality and genuine creepiness of the footage. It’s so good.
I really like this but don’t believe it is for wood crawlers, just because it seems like they are capable of speaking or imitating English, but it wouldn’t be their main language as they seem to be from Saturn, well more the rogue planet but yknow what I mean. So I don’t imagine that they would create tapes for normal wopdcrawlers, I think more for woodcrawlers controlling you. I have another comment more in depth on my hypothesis if ya want.
I liked how you showed the guy actually get killed you never really see human entities in analogue horror vids. Makes everything feel a little more tangible and somewhat grounded.
This video mentions entering prey via proboscis. That can be interpreted two different ways: 1) Wood crawlers have a proboscis, which they can use to transport their insides into a human to control the new body. This could even be what we see of "Mary" during the Christmas video, those tendrils being part of said proboscis. 2) Much like how they call the act of knocking "percussive noise against a door", this might just be what they call a human mouth. Thus, they pull a Hidden by having humans forcibly vore them to take over.

I really like how the video is presented in a "they got us in the first half" type of way, In which it starts with advice and tips on how to prevent break-ins before pulling a 180 and telling woodcrawlers how to infect or even invade humans.
If you rewatch it, the first few tips before Window Entry are intentionally written so they could refer to the act of breaking in as well. Your first invasion is probably going to be stressful for both you and the homeowner (I guess even woodcrawlers get jittery before their first B&E). Doors and windows are the most easily-accessible points of entry, so start by casing those areas. Physical detection/prevention methods like alarms and cameras can be destroyed with enough blunt-force trauma, _hint hint._

I believe “Skinwalker” is just what the camp people thought the woodcrawlers were, as their abilities are very similar to that of the skinwalker: they can take the form of humans and animalistic monsters as they please, which is what Woodcrawlers do when they burrow into homes and enter the inhabitants via the proboscis, possessing them and taking their form. Also yes that Woodcrawler seen is terrifying in how big it is, I thought they were just small, dog-sized spider monsters but no this one is the size of a bear.

4:05 this bit really takes advantage of the medium - the "monster" is in camera and essentially immobile the entire time and there aren't any sudden cuts or pans, so you still get the closeness and sense of presence of being face to face with something horrifying, but the dim light and poor focus still keeps it out of view most of the shot and stops you growing accustomed to it.
this is the best one yet. a lot of gemeni doesn't make a whole lot of sense due to the nature of the medium--something trying to advertise itself would not want to appear scary. however, this is intended for the consumption of the monsters. not only is a monster training video a bizarre and frightening concept on its own, it makes more logical sense than the advertisement medium. also, love that the monsters get stressed out at the prospect of invading a home, and that the makers of the video are kind enough to acknowledge it. side note: i wish that VHS tapes were still a thing and that the makers of gemeni could infiltrate stores and put their tapes in vhs boxes instead of whatever's supposed to be there.

Since I didn't see anyone do it in the comments yet, I rewatched the video to gather new hints, details and theories, which by the way was very hard as this is probably their scariest video yet. 0:13 Optica is one of the companies making the tapes. It's very likely, yet alone because of the name, one controlled or maybe even entirely made by the iris therefore it's pretty logical that the entire video seems to be made for woodcrawlers. It's basically the iris giving commands. 0:30 to everyone being as fooled by the begining as I was, reread this text. The video had been for woodcrawlers right from the very first second. 2:20 This is only a theory but I feel like the locate prey part could actually show how woodcrawlers see the world, which would mean they have a rather minemalistic vision, possibly because it is entirely created through the light they're giving of?? 1:09 If that were the case, it might make sense why woodcrawlers only come out at night. They're simply blind in lit areas as their vision is not working that way. In this case maybe light is the key to actually fight woodcrawlers 1:50 This suggest there is an underground network, way more close to the floor than we thought, maybe the camp isn't the only place they can get out. Maybe they're way closer to us than we think. The blackout after 3:43 suggest that everything we see after it is what happens after the house has been sucessfully invaded. The fleshy human probably had alot more skin before that cut and the house, 4:58 , wasn't all covered in something pink, which could either be flesh or some alien plant, possibly natures mockery. 4:28 This entire video is filmed by a camera man, following the woodcrawler. Possibly someone corrupted. On the other hand, later, 5:24 ,that same someone runs away and gets eaten by the woodcrawler, so maybe he wasn't, I'm quite unsure. I personally think this video mainly gives us inside into how people ,,switch sides" . After Woodcrawlers enter their home they peel their skin off, and do something mysterious to them 3:41-3:43 (I think it's probably something with natures mockery I don't know though) Afterwards they reawake, 4:46 and are now corrupted. Maybe afterwards the woodcrawlers give them back their skin, so they stay undercover maybe they don't, that's all just very wild theorising at this point 5:24 Take a look at the tape title again. 4:25 something I noticed there was if you look at its stomach, there’s a open-like wound there. Spoilers for those who haven’t watched the Christmas camp video! At the end of the Christmas camp video there was an image that just states “Mary” which was a Skinwalker with roots coming out. Looking closely, it wasn’t really a human looking person like the one in the chair. But the gap in its stomach has a similar shape to the one that was running around near camp. Or maybe it’s the same thing resembling Mary became something else. This was just something that I noticed. Maybe someone already got to this conclusion before me but it’s just a mention.

I've had the feeling that there's multiple people and factions at play here. This video seems to confirm it. Optica video is most definitely working with the Wood Crawlers/Skinwalkers and Iris, while Jack Wylder seems to be trying to be of legitimate help to people (although he could be dead, we can't be sure of it) Meanwhile, Harbinge Technologies is still an unknown quantity, but I believe they're trying to help people as well, due to the ACL System's message saying "The Harbinger guards in vain," which suggests they're trying to help people but Iris/The Client believes their efforts are meaningless
Oh he’s definitely dead. The Iris said specifically in monthly progress report that “Jack is us now”, and if he was the one recording the tape in the house, it does not bode well that he was attacked on the ground by a Woodcrawler before the tape ended. Also, I definitely think Harbinge Technologies are trying to help, although it seems their Sleep Image Visualizer was ineffective. I think their plan with it was to make a lot of people become comatose, therefore making it impossible for them to be possessed by Woodcrawlers. However this did not work, as I think fake people just kill them in their sleep, possibly shown at the end of sleep image visualizer when the guy with the grey mask sat next to the sleeping guy, who has been asleep ever since. This could mean he’s just been killed by the masked man and the sleep image visualizer has just kept recording ever since. Also in Monthly Progress Report, the Iris states that “sleeping ones are eaten whole” which does not bode well for anyone who used the SIV. I don’t know, just a theory, a film theory.

One of the things that I really like about this video was the chase scene at the end.
It starts off with the cameraman getting a brief glimpse at the woodcrawler before cutting to a chase in the dark.
During the chase, there is no music playing, no jumpscares, no unnecessary scary thuds, not even a shriek.
Just this otherworldly noise coming from behind the cameraman as he ran.
It then ends with the guy dropping his camera and causing it to point towards him on the floor. In the final moments, a shadowy figure is seen trying to run away from another shadowy figure before cutting to black.
lovely synopsis here. The wood crawler is quite audible and having a jolly good time whilst restraining the stunned camera man/intruder?
Remy makes good use of the limitations of After Effects, a single camera, and not wanting to match move everything. The ambush scene felt believable and horrifying.

This is amazing, and delightfully unsettling. The way the video begins tricks you into thinking it’s an instructional safety video on what to do if someone breaks into your home, but quickly makes you suspicious by giving you some facts that don’t feel quite right, then reveals itself to be instructions for Woodcrawlers. And that’s not even mentioning the production quality and genuine creepiness of the footage. It’s so good.
I really like this but don’t believe it is for wood crawlers, just because it seems like they are capable of speaking or imitating English, but it wouldn’t be their main language as they seem to be from Saturn, well more the rogue planet but yknow what I mean. So I don’t imagine that they would create tapes for normal wopdcrawlers, I think more for woodcrawlers controlling you. I have another comment more in depth on my hypothesis if ya want.

This video mentions entering prey via proboscis. That can be interpreted two different ways:
1) Wood crawlers have a proboscis, which they can use to transport their insides into a human to control the new body. This could even be what we see of "Mary" during the Christmas video, those tendrils being part of said proboscis.
2) Much like how they call the act of knocking "percussive noise against a door", this might just be what they call a human mouth. Thus, they pull a Hidden by having humans forcibly vore them to take over.

I really like how the video is presented in a "they got us in the first half" type of way,
In which it starts with advice and tips on how to prevent break-ins before pulling a 180 and telling woodcrawlers how to infect or even invade humans.
If you rewatch it, the first few tips before Window Entry are intentionally written so they could refer to the act of breaking in as well. Your first invasion is probably going to be stressful for both you and the homeowner (I guess even woodcrawlers get jittery before their first B&E). Doors and windows are the most easily-accessible points of entry, so start by casing those areas. Physical detection/prevention methods like alarms and cameras can be destroyed with enough blunt-force trauma, _hint hint._

I believe “Skinwalker” is just what the camp people thought the woodcrawlers were, as their abilities are very similar to that of the skinwalker: they can take the form of humans and animalistic monsters as they please, which is what Woodcrawlers do when they burrow into homes and enter the inhabitants via the proboscis, possessing them and taking their form. Also yes that Woodcrawler seen is terrifying in how big it is, I thought they were just small, dog-sized spider monsters but no this one is the size of a bear.

4:05 this bit really takes advantage of the medium - the "monster" is in camera and essentially immobile the entire time and there aren't any sudden cuts or pans, so you still get the closeness and sense of presence of being face to face with something horrifying, but the dim light and poor focus still keeps it out of view most of the shot and stops you growing accustomed to it.

this is the best one yet. a lot of gemeni doesn't make a whole lot of sense due to the nature of the medium--something trying to advertise itself would not want to appear scary. however, this is intended for the consumption of the monsters. not only is a monster training video a bizarre and frightening concept on its own, it makes more logical sense than the advertisement medium. also, love that the monsters get stressed out at the prospect of invading a home, and that the makers of the video are kind enough to acknowledge it.

0:13 Optica is one of the companies making the tapes. It's very likely, yet alone because of the name, one controlled or maybe even entirely made by the iris therefore it's pretty logical that the entire video seems to be made for woodcrawlers. It's basically the iris giving commands.

Spoilers for those who haven’t watched the Christmas camp video!
At the end of the Christmas camp video there was an image that just states “Mary” which was a Skinwalker with roots coming out.
Looking closely, it wasn’t really a human looking person like the one in the chair. But the gap in its stomach has a similar shape to the one that was running around near camp.
Or maybe it’s the same thing resembling Mary became something else.
This was just something that I noticed. Maybe someone already got to this conclusion before me but it’s just a mention.

Gemini home entertainment is probably one of my favorite Analog horror series other than Mandela catalog or smile tapes. I like how this tape is specifically made for Woodcrawlers! Props to all thee creators of this great Horror series!

Nothing short of phenomenal. I really like the parts where it just makes you feel more unsettled from seeing this veiny creature thing.
One interesting thing to note: The face on 2:20 looks VERY similar to the Sleep Visualizer's face that keeps on appearing, maybe both are related somewhat?
Of all the analog horror channels that are circulating, this is one of the only ones that I genuinely enjoy and can rely on for a good spook. Well done.
