"Jack" has consistently ranked in the top 200 most popular male baby names in the US since 1980 and is currently #19. Of course, that has no real bearing on what he actually is when you aren't looking at him. Remember: most fae and undead creatures cannot enter your home uninvited, making your own holy water is as easy as registering as a minister for the Universal Life Church, and honestly, look, we aren't _all_ assholes. Just because I'm made of benzene and congealed out of a power plant runoff site doesn't mean I don't have emotions and a human-adjacent soul.
Did anyone else notice that when the “Client” said “The Hungry Eye is welcomed”, the screen in the room displayed the text “The Hungry Eye is coming soon”?
this has to be the most plot heavy Gemini video yet! It combined previous points from the AI children story video to Lethal Omen to deep root disease to Mining expedition!
“In as little as seven months.” Meanwhile I look at this at one in the morning seven months later.. jack be nimble jack be quick jack better get out of this shit🙏
It took me far too long to realise the sounds when the Iris was "speaking", were just slowed-down words all warped. So, it can speak. ... Good. Good to know.
2:58 Fun fact that the picture above is actually used for signaling for the New York City Subway System to let signal controllers know where a train is at a designated location!
Just noticed something interesting, at 5:42, when it says "Jack is Us now" you can faintly make out what looks like a Red, diseased, bony, plant-like skull of a human head, with one eye in the left socket. This is nearly identical to the head of the creature / person Jack finds in "Home invasion help", before he gets attacked, and becomes "Us". Is the universe itself suffering from deep root disease?
At 3:55, you can just start to make out the roof of a cave, presumably the one that the Advanced Mining Vehicle got trapped in when it discovered the Garden.
something i also noticed is that when the light appears, it also illuminates the vague shape of a humanoid skull made of DRD mass, with the light emanating from one of the eye sockets
"The vessel floats in the maw" may probably be related to the probe sent out into space, as they tend to be referred to as such. So, it clearly knew about it.
There used to be this horror show on TV back when I was maybe 5 years old...the intro started off with something along the lines of "something something you may experience interference with your television set (screen static/flicking/tracking)" and the view of a house, centered on the screen, pans out and roots start growing down into the ground from it. Something with The All Seeing Eye involved too, but it's been so damn long I can't remember the details. The roots here reminded me of it again.
Ohhh, that sounds super familiar. I had to look it up just to confirm, but I was right- its from a show called "The Outer Limits". The show debuted in the 60's i think, but was rebooted in 1995 and ran for 7 seasons. I loved that show! Also, Im old as balls apparently! Lol! The intro begins with "There is nothing wrong with your television set.", and devolves into a visual acid trip lol. Every episode was like a self contained scifi/horror story with a bizarre twist, not unlike "The Twilight Zone", if youre familiar with it. I very much think shows like the Outer Limits have influenced the development of modern genres like analog horror.
anytime an iteration runs its odd how you can only hear the first few words said (albeit really slowly) said in the background. spooky touch though, I like it.
I think "Moonlight" is a reference to the Moonlights Acres Campgrounds, which the Iris calls the "feeding grounds". The hungry eye is likely the thing that knocks on the cabin doors and infects people.
so far as to watching these, there are four corporations: 1. Harbinge Technologies 2. Gyneva 3. Optica [in the GAMES FOR KIDS video] 4. Regnad Computing. I have an odd feeling that these corporations aren't being ran by humans.
Not only that these corporations aren't human origin I'm pretty sure them to be no more than just allegorical matter to match human idea of company or firm.
I'm convinced "The Client" is actually The Iris and this was foreshadowing the series finale. I'm also convinced The Iris is a being similar to Unicron or The Gravemind. Both of those beings are willing to decieve and manipulate those they see as lesser in order to achive a goal seen in cases such as The Gravemind's actions during Halo 3,where it helps Master Chief and The Arbiter stop the Prophet of Truth from activating The Ark which would in turn fire all Halo rings and The Gravemind knew that rings being activated would destroy it and all life in the Galaxy. Maybe the Iris is trying to use Regnad staff as a way of defeating "The Harbinger" ?
Call me crazy but what If "The Iris" is actually an alien that's using "woodcrawlers" to gather information on Earth and it's inhabitants in order to prepare an invasion with the goal of conquering Earth and enslaving humanity?
I am so happy I found these videos...I literally just stumbled on these by typing "Weird VHS Horror"...Love all the episodes...very well done..plese keep making them.
It's hard to believe that a company would use a malevolent eldritch being to get an edge on all their competitors and put people in danger to increase their profits... actually, never mind. That could totally happen.
It's an intelligence that is clearly able to absorb more intelligence. Computers use electricity to function and communicate. The human brain uses similar bioelectric methods.
This is my favorite. The eye was so freaky during the second half of the iterations. I watched this at night and thought it was summoning woodcrawlers to my location. I'm 28. This is the only movie/series that actually got under my skin. From having an AI invented on a custom OS that adapts in only FOUR iterations to an intelligent being that was the client organic computer sending messages being passed as the AI iterations was terrifying. I thought about how people at Google were saying that an AI there started doing things at the level of an 8 year old and then apparently other things on top. Made the direct link. Google is controlled by The Iris. Make your storm shelter! Just remember they can burrow in...Man this reminds me so much of The Virus. I love that movie too.
I cant tell if im losing my mind or not... i keep seeing shapes in the dark backgrounds of these videos. The first few videos have a shape like a head, with an ear visible. This video, tho? Literally has eyes staring at you from the lower portion of the green background (6:00) and i think i might cry now 😱
Great Episode and I can tell a lot of work went into this one...between the Antenna modification to the 3 ancient computer monitors...you did a great job.
regnad computing claims that they expect to meet "the client" in person in 7 months. in "crusader probe mission", this is exactly the time crusader approaches earth after having contact with the iris.
My theory is that nature's mockery has been taking over the people making the more recent videos, with things like "FEED THE WOODS" and describing certain things in more depth about the woodcrawlers, instead of seeing them as an unkown enemy.
Drd is probably one of my favorite elements of this universe and it's so interesting seeing it infect humans, mashines, also the antenna looks suspiciously like it. Really makes you wonder what this stuff is and what it's purpose is
What a delightful treat for Halloween! I loved how this one was just really unsettling as opposed to trying to be shocking. Also does that mean in 7 months we get to see the truth since the video is set in October?

Where'd you hear this?
One day later...
Nothing happened
This one is really well done! The buildup is very subtle, hiding what horrors the "Client" is actually carrying out. And the detail on the infected computers is pretty nasty. Great stuff
I'm sure nothing can possibly go wrong from watching this for the first time at 2:15AM in a pitch-black room
Ha, I thought the computers said "AOL" at first and I thought, "Oh god, this is scary!" XD
@Арсен Кищенко America Online Inc. I believe they're now merged with Verizon.
AOL was an internet service provider popular in the 90s before being merged with Verizon who still is an american service provider.
AOL mail was pretty popular back then, think of Gmail but worse.
Imagine the eldritch horror's frustration at having to connect to humanity via dial-up

That red eye thing looks so cool, I love how more detailed these episodes are getting, they still keep the mistery, but I enjoy getting a better look at what the threat actually is
That red eye is definitely the Iris in space
Whoa, the intro got cut off. That's new.
also those weird rainbow lines you sometimes see in old vhs tapes.
The intro has slowly become more corrupted as the series goes on, which helps support the theory that the series is ending in 7 months.
If that’s true, than the intro to the finale would be so bad that you couldn’t even tell it’s an intro.
So... my brother's name is actually Jack. Starting to wonder if he's *something else* or whatever.
There's also a TH-camr named jacksepticeye and I am now convinced that the jacksepticeye you see in the videos it's not real it's either anti in a disguise or it's Mark in a disguise
woah,, trippy,, i brother's name is jack, too
"Jack" has consistently ranked in the top 200 most popular male baby names in the US since 1980 and is currently #19.

I am not real
was lethal omen a literal omen? it seems to share the same graphics as the report computer so...
It was an n64 computer to save money, they just put in his software.
First Eventide, now Gemini! This just made my day.
1:25 "the playstation can produce mind boggling effects"
It took me far too long to realise the sounds when the Iris was "speaking", were just slowed-down words all warped.
So, it can speak.
... Good. Good to know.
Everybody gangsta until the array acts up suspiciously enough for attention
What amazing progress! I hope the meeting with the Client goes well
2:58 Fun fact that the picture above is actually used for signaling for the New York City Subway System to let signal controllers know where a train is at a designated location!
I love the nyc subway and a big nerd of it but I would have never known that was a signaling center for it
Just noticed something interesting, at 5:42, when it says "Jack is Us now" you can faintly make out what looks like a Red, diseased, bony, plant-like skull of a human head, with one eye in the left socket. This is nearly identical to the head of the creature / person Jack finds in "Home invasion help", before he gets attacked, and becomes "Us". Is the universe itself suffering from deep root disease?
I think it must be, wide Saul Goodman.
And it looks like the dude from shifting tendons
Wonder if the recorder of that one was indeed Jack, but sure could fit.
cries of cosmic horror aside, the music is so chill in this series.
This is my kind of Halloween treat
Pretty sure hungry eye is the Iris
The sound design of these videos is so impressive!🔥
so far as to watching these, there are four corporations:
1. Harbinge Technologies
2. Gyneva
3. Optica [in the GAMES FOR KIDS video]
More like eldritch horror gonna destroy the Earth.
@@Nautilus-ne3gz It could be. I personally prefer the alien idea though
The Iris is a living breathing planet I think. It definitely wants to eat humanity but also use it as a vessel?
@@lukethelegend9705 Maybe it's like The Flood from Halo or The Tyranids from Warhammer 40k? They remind of both of them
@@wiibrockster i was moreso leaning toward Hellstar Remina, especially with the tendril imagery
The interconnection between the videos is insane.
wait.
you can sing the “new things roam the feeding grounds” poem in the melody of pop goes the weasel, just wanted to let people know
i would love to go back to the past and show people these videos and tell them i’m from the future
I am so happy I found these videos...I literally just stumbled on these by typing "Weird VHS Horror"...Love all the episodes...very well done..plese keep making them.
5:05 i've just noticed the monitor says "the hungry eye is coming soon' but the text at the bottom reads "the hungry eye is welcomed'
It's hard to believe that a company would use a malevolent eldritch being to get an edge on all their competitors and put people in danger to increase their profits... actually, never mind. That could totally happen.

Coming back after CRUSADER PROBE MISSION and SHIFTING TENDONS puts “The vessel floats into the maw; the jaw unhinges” in whole new lights
It's an intelligence that is clearly able to absorb more intelligence. Computers use electricity to function and communicate. The human brain uses similar bioelectric methods.
3:04
And just like that,
*The creepy stuff starts to begin*
Literally has eyes staring at you from the lower portion of the green background (6:00) and i think i might cry now 😱
I hink is just you on the screen
Thank you for this.
After rewatching this many times I can confirm, The hungry eye is welcomed.
Cool stuff, Regnad Computing! I look forward to future progress reports.
i found this channel like a week ago and have been constantly thinking about it since
Great Episode and I can tell a lot of work went into this one...between the Antenna modification to the 3 ancient computer monitors...you did a great job.
This is probably (in my opinion, if you disagree that's fine.) the single best analog horror/horror in general video that is on youtube.
It's cool that both Inside a Mind and Nexpo watch this series.
watching this at 3 a.m. is really a diferent experience

regnad computing claims that they expect to meet "the client" in person in 7 months. in "crusader probe mission", this is exactly the time crusader approaches earth after having contact with the iris.
"Expect our client in 7 months"
Oh, well that's plenty of time to prepare.
*Video was posted 7 months ago*
Oh...
Really makes you wonder what this stuff is and what it's purpose is
To twist, distort, and reform life as well as reality. The antenna was a terrific touch, really adds that alien element.
how did it take me all the way to THIS EPISODE to realize that REGNAD is DANGER SPELLED BACKWARDS
This is so well made, good job!

Oh…. Oh good.
What a delightful treat for Halloween! I loved how this one was just really unsettling as opposed to trying to be shocking.
Also does that mean in 7 months we get to see the truth since the video is set in October?
I'm convinced it's a subtle way of saying that'll be the final episode
"The Hungry Eye is Welcomed" 👁🔺️
The huge sentient planet communicating across space in that astral demon voice is horrifying.
This is your best vid. The scary part doesn’t feel forced at all. Kinda the same way it was introduced in Real Sleep.
I love how all these Local 58-like channels just suddenly popped up this year or just last year.
"We expect to meet our client in 7 months"

So they are mixing the monsters with their machines? That's a neat concept!
